Look we came in host nice. Sat at our table and were ignored for 20 min. Tables around us we not sat yet. I made a comment and manager came, I felt bad but the excuse was the server had three tables ( again we sat second and never acknowledged) another server hit me twice on back of my chair with her tray and no sorry or excuse me. ( That irritated me as my anxiety ) We asked to move to booth. Manager was kind help where she could . The thing is our order was not taken on time. Food came out . lasagna was hot good. My daughter ordered light fettuccine and soup. ( She had two soups and they said we have to charge you for another bowl) Never done that to us before. I ordered unlimited soup n salad and one bowl our server took away and did not return . I got two soups. At this point I’m upset as we also have no drinks. I used kiosk to order dessert and instead we asked if we want our check . I’m just saddened that they want my 20% tip and we are guilted to tip above but not served for it. No one came back to check on us. I had to constantly ask repeat to the point I couldn’t my cold soup. I still tipped 20 percent but I’ll go to another actual Italian place in town. It was just a disappointment and I understand being busy but I feel it should be known.

Thank you to Ivan for servicing my birthday dinner! Despite the evening rush, he pulled through and was very friendly and professional. The food was good as far as chain restaurants go. I was happy to inhale various pastas, breadsticks, and soup. The complimentary birthday dessert was very nice as well. Thank you!!

Went for dinner,no wait and food came out fast. Salad great per usual and my daughter enjoyed the soup. I didn’t know the chicken was lightly fried with the Alfredo,so I didn’t care for that, but pasta was good. Our server was really nice, I can’t remember her name, but she’s from Louisiana.

We are in town and went in as a ten top with other family and friends that we were meeting on a Friday night. They were busy but the wait was about 15 mins. The place was clean and the atmosphere was great. The employees were smiling and welcoming. They were attentive as well. Had a good kids menu for my son to stay busy and of course good choices and a good drink

Honestly really disappointed with our experience. I work a lot and finally had an off day and just wanted to take my family out, but it did not go how we hoped. It took about 15 minutes before anyone even came around to our table. The manager was very nice and did come over to explain that our server was new and had 3 other tables, but she never once came in our direction or even acknowledged us.
We asked to switch servers, but that didn’t really help. We only saw the second server maybe 4 or 5 times and felt very rushed the whole time. She also seemed to have an attitude at times, then would quickly correct it in a way that felt almost sarcastic, like saying “oh i’m sorry, I meant please give me your plate.” We didn’t get drink refills until after we already paid.
My mom ordered soup and salad, but they took her salad and never brought it back, and she even had to ask for a second soup refill. We also ordered dessert and waited 30 minutes for it, and when it finally came it tasted terrible.
Waste of $80 there’s 4 hours of my pay.

Overall just a frustrating experience, especially when we were trying to enjoy a rare day off together.

Had family meet here tonight as a last minute Birthday celebration, I called ahead to warn them we would have 8 people including children and babies. When we got there we realized there were actually 13 of us, 4 kids, 2 toddles, and an infant included! The employees here were so understanding and friendly.
We were seated quickly, AJ and Judith were extremely attentive and worked as a great team to help everyone, food was great. They both were great at anticipating our needs and quick to get anything we needed.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Manager came by and said he would comp our appetizer. Waited another 15 minutes and manager sent a different waiter, Jayden, to our table to take our food order. Jayden was fantastic! Our food was very good. Jayden saved the day or we most likely would not return.

Food is typical for Olive Garden ᵕ̈ hot and delicious! Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend their food! Items are a bit pricey but it’s not bad at all. Their chairs were a little dirty with food speckled here and there but that’s to be expected. Establishment was very clean overall!

I’ve not been to Olive Garden in quite some time (like 20 plus years) and now I understand why people are so fond of it now. Our server Robin was amazing! She brought our unlimited breadsticks and soups out faster than we were able to finish them. Also coming by as often as she could to refill our drinks. Now this occasion was also on Veterans day so the were especially busy with all the Vets and their families. The Restaurant Manager also came by to make sure everything was satisfactory and our needs were met. They also made sure to thank us for our service to the country. At the end of our meal Robin was so delightful she even helped us pack our leftovers to go. The best part was we didn’t even have to break the bank for this dinner. For 5 people the total cost was only $60. We made sure to tip them well after the OUTSTANDING service. Now I know I won’t be waiting another 20 years to go back and experience Olive Garden again.

There was a moderate number of people at lunch.
The hostess was quick to seat us, and the waitress was quick to get our drink order and meal order. She was friendly and courteous.
The food was good and tasty.
One soup came out warm but was still good. It wasn’t necessary to send it back.
I always get unlimited soup and salad.
I had a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend you go to this location and try any other location.
