We got there at around 5:30 on a Tuesday and the place was packed and reasonably so. We checked in and proceeded to the bar area for some drinks while we were waiting. At the bar area we saw people ordering food as well so we asked our server if we could do the same and she flat out said no it’s only bar area no food. A family came after us sat at the bar table right next to us and she took their food orders??? We asked again why we couldn’t get food she said ohhh we don’t have a server. Happened again as a couple sat down and they got served food! Well we finally were next in line But our table took over 20 minutes to be cleaned? While others who came after us continued to be seated. I don’t know what we did wrong but we felt very disappointed and disrespected. Once seated our servers switched and he was so much better! The food was ok but we were highly dissatisfied. Never returning.

Was really great! Didn’t have a wait. Our server Millie was very attentive, and all our food came in a timely manner. We had a table of 4. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and had the ravioli carbanara with shrimp and shrimp Alfredo. Salad and breadsticks were great as expected also. Restaurant was clean.Thanks a bunch

Visited this location while on vacation, unfortunately our food was given to someone else in error. Our waiter apologized and made it right, it just took a bit longer. Otherwise food was delicious as expected.

Tasty food and friendly staff. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our meal tonight at Olive Garden in Branson, MO. Even at dinnertime the wait time was super short. Food was delivered promptly, and our main waitress, Amber, was incredibly warm and friendly (as well as professional). It was a special moment in our day to have dinner here.

There was 30 mins wait in weekday, probably there would be more wait on weekend- please plan accordingly. Amazing ambience and staff. Service is quick, food was hot and delicious. They have large indoor seating area also has lot of parking space outside the location. Can be accessed quickly from main road. It’s a busy place.
