Our server was Keisha and she was actually amazing! I lost my voice and she was very patient and sweet while I had to whisper and point at the menu to order. She refilled our drinks multiple times with out us asking and was very attentive without hovering. All around a great experience!

The food tends to be very good but not consistent enough… Also, if you bring something to the attention, you don’t always get the same results from the servers. I do wish they’d work on the proportion control and quality consistency and customer service.

Nice Experience!
My cousin her daughter & I visited today, this evening. Wasn’t packed, wasn’t a wait! We got seated at a decent booth by the bar!
Our waiter SARAH, was beyond patient, knowledgeable & nice! We ordered appetizer, then our side soup or salad that comes with any entree & everything was hot, fresh!
The food is much more EXPENSIVE than I remember but it’s well worth it.
Be prepared to pay at least $20-30 per person.
Everything was clean & we got 20% from my cousins order being wrong.
You can PAY AT THE TABLE which is great unless you use cash!
I’ll Always love the PEPPERMINT ANDIES they give you at the end of each visit.

I haven’t been to Olive garden since before covid. I really hate that they got rid of the stuffed mushrooms and they changed the breading on the fried calamari. However, it still tastes good. Even the pasta tasted a little different to me. The drinks were tasty but quite sweet. It wasn’t much of a cocktail, It was like having a lemonade or a fruit punch drink.
However, the service was really nice. Will definitely visit again.

What a great experience it was coming here and having lunch we took advantage of the $13.99 never-ending pasta bowl. It was exceptionally good, and what made it even better was that Harrison was our waiter and he was phenomenal. What a great guy! The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is nice. The manager came by to say hi and Check on us. A perfect experience, and a great waiter too! Don’t miss this as the food was amazing, and it was a nice opportunity!

We catered my mom’s 100th birthday celebration through Olive Garden in Lee’s Summit and could not possibly be happier! The manager, Chris, was very pleasant , positive, and easy to work with. The food was delivered and set up, the portions were delicious and generous. We received so many positive comments from our 75 + guests. We ordered the pasta bar and got a lot of bang for our buck. All staff members I worked with were outstanding. I’d use them for catering a big event again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Olive Garden for making me look good .

Where to begin….. from the moment my wife and I walked in, we were met with an angel by the name of Kristen, by far the best darn server I’ve ever had in my life. She went out of her way at every step to ensure we had the most excellent experience at the Olive Garden. She was charming and delightful, and her grace was unmatched. We were waited on hand and foot, feeling like royalty in our Olive Garden booth. We split the lovely boocatini pasta with the ten cheese marinara, and oh! What a sensation. The breadsticks and salad never fail to bring a smile to face, but even better was Kristen’s impeccable service. When we arrive back at this Olive Garden, which we no doubt will, we will be requesting service from the wonderful, outstanding Kristen. I wish I could perhaps in another life give the service a million stars ⭐️. I provided the following photos below. The meal was so delicious I was so excited I didn’t take a photograph until after I devoured the whole darn thing. Whoops silly me

My son took me out for my birthday and I chose Olive Garden based off the last time I had been there which was about 6-7 years. I have ALWAYS loved Olive Garden. The service was Fabulous, I ordered the Lasagna- very dry, sauce that was there looked like they just pored it from a can/the noodles looked the same as you pulling it out of the boiling water. Everything just was not how it should have been at a restaurant. My son , daughter and daughter in law all had to have extra cups of side sauce to put on their food as well, since it was also dry- they ordered shrimp Alfredo, chicken Alfredo, and the new steak /seafood pasta my son ordered. We ended up taking our food home to try and doctor our food up to try to get our moneys worth at least. I am completely changed on my outlook when someone says Olive Garden. I will not be eating here anymore ever for Italian. Carrara’s or Garrazos. Just want to at least try to warn others. NOT THIS LOCATION!!!
