Olive Garden has always been one of our “go-to” restaurants while traveling. We know what to expect food and service wise and appreciate that it is family friendly. Unfortunately that was not the case at this location during our visit. The breadsticks were burnt and the raspberry lemonade was essentially kool-aid. The atmosphere and cleanliness were as expected however- the service was not. Our waitress was unpleasant to say the least in addition to us witnessing her leaving the restroom with unwashed hands (who doesn’t love that while someone handles your food). We came during an extremely slow time of the day (I believe there were only two other tables there). Thus, leaving us to believe there isn’t a justified reason for the above concerns. When we were here we weren’t “family”.

Never been in one before. Menu was amazing, I wanted to try everything. Had the eggplant parmigiana, terrific. Mike our waiter was amazing ( a college kid paying his way) spot on service. Wish we had one in Great Falls. Olive Garden is a keeper.

My best friend and I went in in a Saturday at 5:30 p.m. We figured it wouldn’t be crowded that early…wow, were we wrong! The wait was just 15 minutes, so that wasn’t bad. The host staff was super nice. Our server was named Ivory and provided a great experience – checked on us, timely drink refills, very nice. So refreshing given how “meh” most restaurants and staff are in BZN these days. We ordered way too much food – 2 apps and 2 entrees. Everything was actually really good – just simple, tasty food.

The new server Christina was very thoughtful and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The manager was also caring and attentive, checking repeatedly that all was okay, and when our sirloin steak was not cooked as ordered, made sure that it was redone right.

I had not been to an Olive Garden in over 7 years, my last experience at a separate location had turned me off to the organization as a whole. After a wet morning of garage sailing our crew decided to drop in for some soup and salad. Was very impressed with the ambiance, service, and to me, surprisingly the food. The soup and salad were flavorful, breadsticks were warm and fluffy. The calamari was some of the best I have had in a long time, I expected chewy hard squid but instead got soft butter-like delicacy. Highly recommended. Overall this location won me back over as a customer.

Wait staff didn’t do a very good job. We were seated for over 30 minutes and the waitress never brought any breadsticks. Several times we had to ask for our waitress to come back so we could get drink refills. One of our meals never came out until everyone else was already finished with the meal. One member of the wait staff, an older man, was extremely rude. The food was decent enough but by no means good. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal.

The food and service were good. It was just really noisy, and they were having difficulties supplying breadsticks to our table as they kept running out. I do enjoy their chicken parm meal, but the calamari appetizer left a lot to be desired this visit. I will definitely give them another try, though, as the experience was influenced by how packed the place was and with the servers on the run.
