I am about done with these people! Every time I ask for an unsweetened tea, I get sweet. I sometimes remember to ask them and they have to dump it, but I should not have to ask. I got another sweet tea instead of unsweetened today and have had it! I am diabetic so I ask for the damn unsweetened for a reason and if these people can’t read, they should not be working!

I’ve ordered there like 50 different times an about 75% of the time my orders were always messed up including today. Had a McChicken with no mayo and add pickles and onions~ it had Mayo, No Pickles and no Onions.

I will never pull forward past the food window to wait again if asked. I will sit there and let that timer keep running. Every time I am asked to pull up to spot something they take 10 mins and bring the wrong order out.

Not sure what happened to this place, but the last several times I’ve been here. I’ve waited over 30 minutes to get food. Even when you order on the app, it takes forever for them to get your food together. Then, when you get your food, it’s completely cold fries, cold burgers, cold chicken nuggets, cold I’d rather drive out of my way to another McDonald’s than ever go back to this one.Whoever bought it and the way they’re running.It is awful.They need to sell it to somebody who’s gonna take care of the place and put their customers first

Very poor service after waiting an hour and a 1/2 in drive through to get my food. It was wrong and had to go back through drive through and wait another half hour to get my food correctly. Manager was no help and very rude. Would not even come to the window to speak with me. Had an employee going back-and-forth. Use to stop at this location.At least once a day sense is experience.I have not been back and probably will not be back.I do not recommend going to this location

I mean, look, it’s a McDonald’s, so it’s not like any of us have a terribly high bar. But on several occasions recently, this one has managed to somehow limbo down beneath that bar and slide along the floor like some sort of barely-sentient slug.
I placed a mobile order while I was 30 minutes away from the restaurant. I figured ‘Hey, it’s a McDonald’s, and I’m ordering two things off their menu. Even they can’t mess that up too badly right?’. As it turns out, even that was giving them entirely too much credit, which in itself is kind of impressive in the same way watching a deer try to unwedge its head from a fence is.
I get there. I give them my code. Easy. It’s been 30 minutes and I’ve already been waiting 10 minutes in line but whatever. They confirmed my name, and I slowly creep up to the window, watching as plate tectonics begin to overtake me in line, but eventually, after another 15 minutes, I make it to a window. In blissful ignorance I await my 2 items I had waited almost an hour for already.
I was greeted with the entirely wrong order, which, again, shouldn’t be surprising to anyone who’s ever ordered from here. I told them this was not my order, and bewilderment ensued. I gave them my order number and told them what I ordered.
I was told they “Couldn’t store my order”, which I’m sure means something but why on earth would I know what that means. I was told they could put the order back in. Neat, okay, I don’t know why we’re having this conversation because clearly I’m in line, paid an hour ago, and want the food I ordered. I was asked my order number, again. They told me they could see it but somehow the…button wasn’t working? To make the food? To fulfil something as simple as a 2 item order?
I waited another 5 minutes, slowly realizing that obviously I was being ridiculous in assuming that I’d receive any sort of food from a restaurant. Then the window opened and, of course, I was told I needed to cancel the order almost an hour and a half after ordering it because…the button wasn’t working?
I just wanted some food. It was like $8. I would’ve paid cash, just figure out how to put food into a bag. Please. But no, I wound up having to leave empty handed, over an hour of my life wasted, because between everyone working there at the time, we couldn’t figure out a button.
Honestly it’s more funny that anything else at this point. It’s something I’m going to tell folks about as a parable of how not to do business. And I’m sure it’ll get some laughs and some eye rolls and some sympathy.
Just like…do better? I’m not even expecting good. Just not whatever that nonsense was.

Well, time to edit once again!!!! The service has gone down hill completely to trash!!!!! We have ordered the same thing every morning for months . Twice in the past week instead of getting a BEC bagel it’s been a Steak bagel. Now, today, instead of a caramel frappe it’s an iced coffee. I am definitely going to corporate this time as the manager OBVIOUSLY DOESN’T CARE.

This McDonald’s is one of the best in multiple categories that I have ever had the luxury of using. I’m often welcomed and told good bye in a happy, positive & professional manner. The inside of the restaurant & the restrooms have been neat and clean. I’ve ordered different items from the menu just to see if there would be consistency even different items. The one that all McDonald’s seem to be noted for being the best of are the fries. . But at this restaurant they have the best of the best. The french fries are hot , crisp not soggy and salted to perfection, Every Time!! They get a Attt from me. If you are ever close to this McDonald’s I recommend giving them a try you won’t be disappointed.

While waiting I saw an employee who was delivering to the backlog of cars pulled up and around (which is now standard) drop a bag of food on the ground outside, pick it up and proceed to the customer to deliver it. Thankfully another employee with some sense of respect told the other “no” and sent said employee back in. Imagine what happens when no one is looking if they do this is plain sight

To the night manager lady that looks old enough to be someone’s grandma, you had no reason to get mad and absolutely scream at the couple that walked out screaming “CAN YOU PLEASE NOT CLEAR OUT MY SAUCES BEFORE YOU LEAVE” firstly mam the “sauces” are located behind the counter not out in lobby secondly if you was referring to the salt and pepper container, i saw the couple they did not “clear” out the salt and pepper they took the smallest handful known to mankind, as a witness of this all and a customer myself i’d surely like to say that this manager needs more respect and manners for customers if you want to keep your regulars and good reviews up.
