Sat at the drive through for five minutes with no other vehicles in line and received no service. The staff had the intercom on and could hear them joking around and sounded unprofessional. Attempted to get their attention with no success. Would have been nice to have professional and attentive staff.

Went into the drive thru last night with my boyfriend around 101%pm. There was about 4 cars ahead of me before the speskerbox. And i could see at leastva truck bed coming from around the irner almost at the first window. We waited about 3-5 mins each car at the speskerbox but notice everybody keeps just driving away. So I finally get up to the box. Look over the menu for 30 seconds then they come on and say “uber eats or DD only until 11pm” I asked excuse me, and the crewmember repeated exactly that. First of all, why? 2nd of all whats the point!? Terrible service. If you have the job for the paycheck quit cutting corners and shutting down a 24 hour business because your too lazy. There was at least 3 cars parked in the parking lot. Thats plenty of pepople to run drive thru. Pathetic how this was our 3rd and final mcdonalds stop for the night. Jax mcdonalds down blanding (collins and this location) and mcdonalds inside 103rd walmart all terrible services late night. Can we get actual people who wanna do the job description properly for the pay??

Store #5615 – Mc Donald’s, 372 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL 32073, definitely one to skip! No guests in the restraunt but us. Manager appears put out we went to the counter instead of kiosk or driving through. $19.30 later, searching for a clean table… No such thing. The beverage area is in disrepair. What kind of place is? Ask a gal, doing nothing behind the counter, to clean a table. We only need one. She instead goes to gossip to the manager that there are customers complaining there are no clean tables… Seriously? In less than that time, she could have cleaned several tables. We ask for our money back. The manager refunds us ~$14! “Her bad.” Definitely. As we are pulling out of the parking lot, we see that same gal that we’d requested clean a table eating at one while the guy who was already working taking orders in the drive through, cleaning the table next to hers. Crazy. There had been several others just standing around. My advice: Drive to the next one.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service with Connor one of the managers at this store. He allows other worker to hangout and boss around customers off the clock. They do work for him even though she’s off the clock I asked multiple times for a number for corporate. He refused multiple times and told me he was going to have to ask me to leave. I’ve never had a problem with this McDonald’s in till now the other two managers at this store are absolutely amazing. Very nice. Connor needs to go back to training and stop allowing coworkers to attend work duties off the clock. This is not the last thing I’m going to do I’m not happy!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here to get ice cream for my niece and waited in line after ordering for 20 minutes only to be told at the window the “ice cream machine JUST broke on them”. After paying to get a sweet tea and french fries the person in front of me was handed milkshakes and when I pulled up a worker proceeded to make a mcflurry IN FRONT OF ME AND EAT IT. absolutely insane and disrespectful. I will never come to this location again and be sure to warn my family and friends of their pure laziness and lack of care. I have a close contact with Karen King who is the owner of this store and she will be informed about this.

We waited over 35 minutes to get our order. They didn’t have any soft drinks only sweet tea and water. On top of that they were rude as heck. I try to avoid this McDonald’s as much as I can and when I do order from here, I’m reminded why I hate it. Awful!

I just went through the drive through at 372 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park FL for lunch. I was asked if I want to round up to donate a McDonalds charity. I answered no which surprised the cashier. As I was driving off the cashier was making fun/ and complaining that I didn’t donate the small amount. I think it was uncalled for for an employee to feel personally offended about how I spend my money.

Was super upset that I got to the window and ordered the 20pc with 2 medium fries only to be told they don’t have that anymore…. But I literally went online right before that and was going to order it online but realized that I had cash… It was still online for me to order and checkout…. They said they have the 40pc…. I don’t want 40pc… I have 2 kids not 10…. Smh. So annoying because I can literally go online and order it as we speak if I had the money on my card.
