Decided to come here for a birthday during the week. The restaurant section was not busy at all. There was one table finishing up and another being served their meal. We were seated promptly and no drink order was taken. I ended up ordering the kids their meals on the tablet as well as our appetizer and drinks. After 20 minutes of not seeing anyone, I pressed the “Call Server” button on tablet. No server came until 20 additional minutes. The server that ended up helping us realized that we hadn’t been helped and went to check on who our server was going to be. He ended up being our server and taking our order. The server, Ken, was a god send.

I want to thank Kaiden(server) and George(manager) for being amazing.
My wife and I went here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. She has bleu cheese allergies but wanted to try the steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. We requested for it not to have the Gorgonzola as it is a type of bleu cheese. George, the manager on duty, personally made the dish and Kaiden served it to us. Not taking any chances my wife tried small pieces. She ended up getting some numbness in the back of her throat. This could have been caused by many things but not wanting to take a chance we requested to swap the dish.
George personally came out and apologized. He ended up comping the entire meal. We were only expecting for the dishes to be swapped and pay the full price as we were the one taking the chance. Since the entire meal was comped we did not have an option to leave a tip, we did not have any cash. On our way out we found George and asked him if there was some way to tip Kaiden as Kaiden did not do anything wrong and was in fact an awesome server. George asked us how much we were planning on tipping and went ahead and paid the tip out to Kaiden himself.
Thank you and the rest of the staff for a lovely meal, we will be back again.

My daughter and I love coming to the Olive Garden in Rochester for the soups and salads — especially the minestrone! The staff, from hosts to servers, are always friendly and welcoming. Great service and consistently good food keep us coming back.

We had a very nice relaxing lunch today at Olive Garden and our waitress Tabby was a very gracious and hospitable hostess. One of the best things about this spot is the musical ambiance of romantic Italian music. It a great menu with very friendly folks. It’s got some hideaway tables for a romantic date and a semi private meeting room area as well where we could have a business meeting.

I really enjoyed the upscale vibe & the strony attention to amenities at this location.
Connor (the bartender) did an outstanding job. He was tactful, friendly, accommodating and has very nice eyes (they should have a warning label next to them.
My previous experience here was just as good. My husband had just died & I walked in for dinner. I was not in a good mood or state of mind at the time.
I’ll see Connor and crew again for another great experience.

Enjoyed my birthday dinner here at the Rochester Olive Garden. We had a little wait as that is to be assume for an evening weekend date, (Friday). As we were set at our table we had a very friendly waiter named Kevin. He was prompt on getting our drinks, apps, and entrees. The food was all very tasty. We always love the breadsticks. The waiter even gifted us a desert for it being my birthday.
