Not the best OG I’ve been to yet it was okay. Our waitress seemed upset, not offered refills on any drinks, the breadsticks were different, the bathroom was not in the best condition, one of my party’s shrimp wasn’t cooked well so the waitress brought some that was…yet said she had to pay extra (manager fixed, he was nice), & the lights are too bright. Would choose another OG over this.

Love olive garden and their unlimited soup or salad and breads breadsticks with the meal. Good food!
Our waitress was very good. Im only giving a 4 star because our server had long beautiful hair, but she had it in 2 FRONT ponytails. Her hair was flying all over. I cant believe that was even allowed. (There must be health codes to follow.) Her hair hung above our food and drinks, especially when she leaned over. How a manager allowed this ill never know.
I know another customer was concerned so hopefully they informed the manager.
I hope someone will let me know if this was addressed or will be addressed…. then I’ll change my review 😉

My server spilled my drink on me. Took awhile to get a napkin to clean it up. Then comp me a drink. That was nice. But before that I had order 1 that took a long time to get. Ordered a appetizer that after my meal came out I ask. Reply was it didn’t come out. Shouldn’t ur server have known that? Now say that we was a very large group.

I have always had great service and food at this location. My most recent visit was no different. The staff were all kind, helpful and treated my kid with respect which is a very big deal for me.
Our waitress was great! Our order was spot on and the food tasted amazing.
This was all on top of the restaurant being extremely busy. It did not seem to bother the staff, they kept it all running smooth.
I would recommend a reservation if you are going on a weekend evening.

It was a Friday night and we didn’t have a reservation, so our wait time was about forty minutes. Not bad as I think we were sat at thirty five and we were given an option to be sat earlier at a 4 seater table with an extra chair to fit all 5 of us, but we chose to wait for a booth.
Heaven was our server when we were sat, and the service was phenomenal. Appetizers, drinks, and food were all brought out in a time ley manner and she frequently stopped by to check on us. definitely hope to see her the next time we go!

A very pleasant experience! The waiter Cesar Lopez at the restaurant in Maple Grove was very kind, attentive and fast. He served us with a smile and made sure that everything was fine at the table. The service was professional and I felt very good. I highly recommend!

Heaven was THE BEST server EVER. She has been an absolute delight and has made our dinner so wonderful. She was so funny and so accommodating to all of our needs/wants. She deserves the world and more. Hope to see more of her energy around 🙂

Went out for Valentines. Was seated at a dining table within the bar area where it is loud and rambunctious. I wasn’t asked if I would have preferred the bar or dining room but it was busy and this might have affected them asking assuming they would ask. If not they should.
My server was Mathew C and he gave excellent service. Was attentive to our needs as a customer while still providing swift service to others around us. Many commendations to him for his excellent work.

We always love this place for food and service. Our Server was good, a little slow but expected service. On the other hand, as our server was keeping up to us there was another server named Dillon who was serving 3 tables that all came in around the same time. I was amazed at his proficiency and tact. None of his tables lacked refreshments bread, salad or soup. He was very tenitive and cordial. My suggestion to Olive Garden: Grab this guy and train him into a training Manager. Where ever he goes he will be a profitable investment.
