I saw that there was the higher ups in store today and everyone was finally doing their job, Even cleaning the usually really gross floor behind the counter. I am use to this place ignoring us customers up front and it was nice to see that they do know how to do their jobs atleast while their bosses were there watching. Would be nice if they made this a habit but it was enough for me to change my one star to a 2 star. Will update higher if it continues as i hate that i drive all the way over to route 1 McDonald’s to avoid this one a lot.

Stay far away from this location, employees are too bust dancing and playing in the back to make food and will openly lie to several customers to get out of doing the most basic of service. Customer Care is no help and ignored me. I had to backcharge my card just to get my money back for the order I never received.

I’m in no way a McDonald’s hater, I actually enjoy it and visit many but when I went to this location in particular something was off. Not sure what they did to the food, but the fries tasted like plastic and the burger had a very weird taste. I took 1 bite and gave it literally to the birds. My daughter enjoyed her nuggets though. ♂️

This morning we stopped by for breakfast. The drive had a busy line, yet the staff were keeping it efficient & running smooth. They were so nice it made my day. Out of all the McDonald I been to my whole life they were so heart warming. Best service ever !

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The service was unbelievably slow — it took over an hour and a half just to get my food. When it finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out. For a place known for fast service, this was the exact opposite. Definitely needs serious improvement in both speed and food quality. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

If zero stars was an option I would pick it instantly. There was no one in either drive thru when I went and ordered and everything was fine until I got to the window to get my food. I was handed my drinks and kids meal then asked to pull to the front door. Confused I did waiting on a fresh fry, regular burger, 20 piece, mc chicken and mc rib. After 20 minutes I went inside and told them my kids food was cold and I still haven’t recieved my order. After another 10 minutes they get my 20 piece, mc chicken, burger, luke warm fries and my kids meal redone. 10 minutes later I hear it’s gonna be another 10 minutes for a mc rib and then proceed to bring me one not complete. I asked if cooked fully due to being pregnant. Then when I looked and said it was not smothered in bbq and missing toppings I heard “ahh man I hoped she didn’t look.” Definitely don’t come here if you want anything actually done no one cares to help and will make you wait almost an hour with kids hungry waiting for food.

All, this is one of the worst places Ive been for breakfast. The service is slow, I mean really slow. If you’re timing yourself to make it to where your going on time, forget about it. There’s always a problem with staffing in the morning. I come here every once in a while but today was the worst. Save yourself the headache in the morning. Thankfully the two men at the two windows are not rude. That would be the icing on the cake.

Took my 5 yr old in this McDonald’s yesterday(shes picky n doesn’t really eat thanksgiving food), and I didn’t realize they closed at 3 and it just turned 3 but the guy who I believe was the manager was sooo nice n he was like it’s ok come on in! He even gave my lil girl an extra toy and then when we were leaving the other guy was mopping n my lil girl slipped but she was fine but they felt bad and both went and got her another toy and another gift… Y’all made her day! Thank you!

TRASHHHHHHHHHH, If you don’t go during the day DONT GO, I know McDonald’s is like ya know not ya 5 star eating but at least 3 right? I got a mac salad on my burger no fries for 4 meals a large seltzer water they then to add insult to injury added the cold fries and some warm fries in the containers it took 40 min to get 5 meals and I had to turn around for fries

First of all, McDonald’s food is something I rarely eat, however this particular one was a horrible experience for us. The tables were dirty, the wait time was literally forever and the food was the worst at a McDonald’s yet! My sons burger was so dry and old, he didn’t even eat it. It was like something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. The staff was also rude and acted like they could care less about anything.
