First let me preface by saying – Our family has been coming to Olive Garden for over 15 years, it has become the “birthday” destination for dinner for our kids. 8/22 we visit again and had the most wonderful server we ever have had. Mick – you were awesome. So awesome that my oldest daughter commented and doubled the tip we left for you. Keep loving what you do and continue your excellent service. Hopefully we get to see you again! Next- Olive Garden you changed the chicken. Not for the better. Several of our guests had chicken in their meal and they all said the same thing. Something was different. It wasn’t bad- just not as good as it has been before. Fix it. Also, I’m sure its poular but this is the 2nd time we have had one of our guests craving your lasagna and you had run out. Disappointing, not a deal killer, but still needing mention. We also had a guest who loves your chicken/gnocchi soup and for some reason hers had zero Gnocchi it in. Maybe the supply for the evening was low but again, when you have visited so many times – things get noticed and we want you to be the best at what you do. Hence the 4 stars in that category.

As always our food at our local Olive Garden was delicious. If you leave here hungry it is definitely not Olive Garden fault. With the delicious soup, salad & bread sticks at all you care to eat will fill you up but then if you order an entree it’s a very large meal. I always end up taking half my food home

I had not gone to OG for years but because my daughter loves it, we have gone a few times in the last year now. The food has been better than I remember in the past. Recently, I did have a billing issue that the GM resolved way beyond my expectations and handled the entire situation incredibly professionally. Because of how that issue was handled, I am even more impressed with this specific location and will continue to spend my money there…because my daughter likes it.

Very disappointed by the management, my table was charged for three salads and we only got one and did not get any refills on it yet they said we had to pay for three. Very ridiculous our waitress was lovely but the manager was very rude and made our whole table feel stupid and he implied that we were trying to steal food or not pay for our food when we literally only got one with no refills!! This was on Agust 29th 2023 around 7:45 PM so whoever the manager was on that shift shame on you you should be very disappointed in yourself!! The managements name was Tristian

We had a 15-20 minute wait before getting seated. When we got seated, it was probably another 15 + minutes wait before our main order was taken. Drinks were ordered and brought pretty quickly. Overall, the food was good. The atmosphere was pleasant. Our waitress even gave us 2 each of the Andes mints. I enjoyed my evening.

I recently dined here, and for a “chain Italian restaurant,” the service was amazing. The food was perfectly sized for my table, and my waitress Eleanor couldn’t have given us better service. Service and parking was wonderful. Food was phenomenal. Only problem we had is the atmosphere was interrupted by a staff manager meeting happening 5 tables away that was so incredibly loud and obnoxious that i heard all of the restaurants drama, issues, and opinions on customers as i was trying to enjoy our date night. The table that was sat in our servers section right after we were asked to be moved because of the disturbance. I feel incredibly bad for our poor server.
