It’s your typical Olive Garden with standard decor and reliable salad and entrees. It’s a college Town so the turnover is high. It’s always bad at the start of new staff. We’ve visited this location once a month for the last several years and the first time we were asked for our ID’s, side note, we are of retirement age! I kept saying thank you and was told they do this for everyone under 40. Again thanks, that was 20 years ago! Salad came out so fast we had one bite before the entrees arrived. If I didn’t want to sit and enjoy it would be perfect but not on a Sunday afternoon.

Me, my mom and my boyfriend came tonight to celebrate my birthday and our waitress Emily (blond hair) went ABOVE and beyond. Hands down the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had, she was very attentive to not just us, but all of her tables and was on top of it all. Made sure our drinks, soup, salad and breadsticks were full and she had a great attitude and a huge smile! She deserves a raise!

Service was out standing, out waitress was polite and attentive. Food how ever has been pretty average the last few times ive been here. Chicken on the linguini alfredo was dry and bland, and the shrimp an calamari were rubbery. Salad is out of this world good however. Overall a nice restaurant, but the food has seemed to go down in quality recently.

Food: Everything was excellent! Food was very well portioned for the money we paid. I was very pleased! We had so many left overs to last us the entire next day. (3 people eating) All food was hot and came out fast. The feature I loved was the kiosk on the table. I was able to order our drinks and appetizer before the waiter ever came to the table. We got up to wash our hands and by the time we sat down our appetizer and drinks was ready! Like super fast! Then our main dishes came out within 5 minutes after. And the place didn’t have an empty table. It was packed!
Service: Our waiter was Cameron M. He was very kind, super efficient, and a very well experienced waiter with a down to earth personality. The manager Pamela Warren was making her rounds and making sure guest had a great experience, I did appreciate that. Many places these days don’t acknowledge that. She made sure she was part of the dinner crowd. This is the most efficient dinning experience I’ve had in a long time. Everyone working together! Really on top of it! We actually live in St. John’s and come to this area for CMU activities. I would definitely make the drive just to eat at this Olive Garden. My own dislike was not having the dinning music. With how busy this place is, it was very noisy. I think our table was also in a bad spot, close to the kitchen. So we often hear staff yelling “IN” “OUT” which is very annoying. My suggestion, just remove the obstacle in the way preventing staff from running into something or each other. And I am not sure if our table was near the heat vent. But it was way too hot at our table. The heat was up to high, making it for a uncomfortable area. Which pushed us to want to exit after our meal as fast as we could to get some air. But this is a good move if you think about it. Getting people in and out faster. Some dinning music would make it nice and turn down the thermostat. All in all, the cooks, all staff, management is doing something very good at this location. And I would recommend this place and staff to anyone. We will also make the extra drive just to eat at this Olive Garden. Your definitely brining in others from outside communities to eat here. Well worth the drive! Thank you so much for great service and food with fair prices so we can continue to eat out when food and eating out is so unaffordable for many people these days. Cameron was an amazing server at the bar. Not only was he handling a rush when I walked in he had a very rude customer come up to the bar and make a nasty comment about him not being able to read a label on a bottle. I gasped at the shear audacity and he immediately tried to apologize for the comment but Cameron handled it with such grace, and was completely un fazed. I enjoy my meal and the service.
