The food was horrible, the waitress did come back and ask how the food was but she didn’t even wait for us to answer and just left (we all had our mouths full). The AC must’ve been set so cold it’s a wonder any meal could stay warm very long, I literally shivered and had goosebumps the entire time we were there (I’m usually never cold). I waited tables for over 5 years so I understand that the staff is much warmer than the guests but this was definitely a bit much. We were never offered refills on our never ending soup & salad. If we wanted a drink refill we had to flag our waitress down. I wish I could recall the waitresses name but all I have to describe her is a septum piercing. The hostess staff and other staff members we had encounters with were very pleasant.

Our meal was absolutely wonderful today. And the server was absolutely wonderful as well. Izzy is quite possibly our favorite waitress of all time. She was so upbeat it was impossible not to be in a good mood. Thank you so much Izzy!!!

Ordered the 5 big stuffed shells and they were SO HARD we couldn’t even cut through them with a fork. Waitress got us another (different) plate. WORSE than the first order. They looked and felt horrible. Waitress stated she was overwhelmed. She was so kind and apologetic. Won’t be returning.

Two lunch specials with no alcohol cost around $50. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. I waited about 15 minutes for a decaffeinated coffee to go. I had informed the server at the beginning of our order about the to go coffee. It was a weak flavored brew. From my body’s response, I do not believe it was decaffeinated. I have had better experiences at this location on numerous previous visits. I will not name, nor will I blame the server. She received her 20% tip.

Way over priced. Small portions. Slow service. Came in at 2:45 pm when not busy. Still took 45 min to be seated. 20 min wait to order drinks. Another 20 min to get drinks and order appetizers. Had to ask for portions of order to be boxed because the waitress forgot to bring it out. Was there almost 3 hours. Still never got my refill on my drink. I was told they were not understaffed.

Create your own pasta was very good. Service was ok. My drink was empty before it was refilled 2x. Decor inside is old. Peppers in a jar is dehydrated. Pictures are mockeries of real Italian people.
