Never had an issue! The chicken and gnocchi soup is the best! The only reason why it’s four stars is because the kiosk tried to charge us for a game that we didn’t play. But it has happened at other restaurants as well no problem getting the charge off! Thank you

Great place if you have a gluten sensitivity. They were so nice and accommodating. The waitress pulled up a separate gluten free menu on the table kiosk, and the manager stopped by to tell me about their safety procedures.
I was in a group, and they brought a separate gluten free salad and individually packaged croutons and dressing so that a.) the others at my table could have croutons and b.) I could read the ingredients on the dressing.
A manager also personally delivered my dish separately so that I could be sure there was no accidental mixup.
It was very reassuring and definitely one of the better restaurant responses I’ve had to gluten free requests.

I’m usually not the biggest fan of pasta , but I decided to take my 95-year-old grandfather and my daughter there because they absolutely love it. And I’m so glad we went! From the moment we arrived, the staff opened the doors for us and treated us with such kindness and respect .
Our waitress was truly the best anyone could ask for — attentive, patient, and incredibly warm ✨. She made sure my grandfather was comfortable and that my daughter had everything she needed. Her friendly attitude really made the whole experience special. Even though pasta isn’t normally my first choice, the wonderful service alone made this visit completely worth it. We left feeling appreciated and happy!

Best service and care I have had in a very long time from dining out! Came for a nice Sunday lunch with my parents and my daughter. Our server – Shelby – was the kindest server and was very efficient! She talked about daily specials, confirmed our drink order from the greeter who showed us our table, and returned very quickly with our items! Shelby frequently checked in and offered refills on our unlimited pasta bowls. The whole staff during our visit was amazing! Additionally, other servers and staff would check in and take dishes from table when needed or offered refills too. They had amazing leadership from Greg , whom also opened doors and took care of clients. He was a great example of excellence for the team and created a very welcom Environment! Today’s experience was beyond measure!

First, the bread sticks were old and hard, the $5 micro plate of Alfredo sauce was enough for 2 sticks, the salad was rotting, the salmon was waaaay overcooked, the chicken Alfredo had a tablespoon of sauce, just all around terrible expensive experience. $70 for two people, no alcohol, basic suppers. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone! The floor was nasty and dropped mints littered the floors. Management walked around all evening and never said a word and/or picked up or anything. Awful…

I selected the perfect place for a quiet, cozy birthday dinner. Seated in the bar, we received wonderful service and attention by the server who doubled as the bartender. Refilled both our salad and our breadsticks. Meal portions were HUGE and boxes were provided to take half my entree home. Additionally, I took home a free piece of Black Tie Cheesecake to celebrate my special day.

We had a great time. Our group of 12 was well taken care of. They did not have the first dish that I ordered, but they were able to compile a dish to fit and discounted it because of the issue. I appreciate the manager making that consolation. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 ladies that served us because they did a wonderful job.

Food was phenomenal. Wait was too long for the volume. They were clearly short staffed, didn’t appear to have any busses. One hostess was sweet and trying to keep everything going, other was causing chaos(not sure if this was a front end manager or hostess.) Seriously the food was great though, probably the best food I have ever had at an OG, our server was cool too.

Two lunch specials with no alcohol cost around $50. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. I waited about 15 minutes for a decaffeinated coffee to go. I had informed the server at the beginning of our order about the to go coffee. It was a weak flavored brew. From my body’s response, I do not believe it was decaffeinated. I have had better experiences at this location on numerous previous visits. I will not name, nor will I blame the server. She received her 20% tip.
