We were at Olive Garden in winter and the atmosphere was cozy! The drinks never went empty & the food was piping hot! Our waitress Claire even made a special salad so that my son was accommodated… Pleasant experience as always! Thank you

The staff were super friendly, and the food was good and came out quickly. The restaurant itself looked a bit tired and could do with freshening up.

Shoutout to our server Kirsha, and the manager Will. Last night, we decided to stop by and get some dinner since my aunt gifted me a gift card and knows Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. We had our 5 month old son with us and wanted to get out as a family. We ordered appetizers and as we were enjoying our salad and breadsticks, my son decides he wants to throw up all over me while I am holding him. We ended up having to order our entrees to go for obvious reasons. Kirsha made sure we got to go salads and breadsticks with our entrees and Will was very accommodating the entire time we were there. I appreciate the kindness and going out of their ways a little bit more so we could at least leave happy with our experience there.

My family went out to eat yesterday and while my mom was eating her soup, she found a small rock in it like a small pebble. She told the waitress that she found a rock in her soup and the waitress told my mom no it’s just dry meat. So my mother asked for a manager whenever the manager came out he came out defensively and told her that “it was too dry to be a rock” and then told her if it was a rock, that she placed the rock in the soup. The manager gave very sorry excuse of an apology. Do better when you make a mistake.

I’ve been to Olive Garden more times than I’d like to count, but this most recent time with our server Claire was the best experience I’ve had ever at an Olive Garden. Excellent service for my very large family on a random Monday night. I’ll be asking if we can be seated in her section from now on.

I have been a little disappointed in Olive Garden for a while. The food, the service and the prices aren’t great. However, more recently, I went in to Olive Garden Mishawaka twice for dinner after a long day of teaching middle school and running errands to sit, relax for unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. I really wanted to sit, eat and enjoy; I was hungry. I went twice within a week or so apart to have those choices of food, because those food items seem safe to get. But, the first time, I mentioned to the server that I probably wanted a refill of soup, and it shocked me when she brought out a soup rapped to go. I felt rushed and a little sad. A manager happened to come over to the table a few minutes later to ask if everything was okay with service… and I did mention the experience with me wanting another unlimited soup to sit and enjoy, but I felt rushed and unwanted there, because the server brought it to me to go. Of course, the manager apologized.
Then, when I went back a week or so later after work and errands hungry from a long day, wanting to sit and relax to eat soup, salad, breadsticks and have tea and water… it happened again. I asked for a refill of my mango tea… and that server brought it to me in a to go cup. But, I was still eating and enjoying my food. I could not believe it. I immediately decided, no not today. So, I called the server right back and told her no, I wanted another glass of tea to drink there now while still eating. That was only my first refill. I generally get 2, and maybe 2 bowls of soup… possibly 3, and no refills of salad and breadsticks.
I asked the server that day if they were now being trained to rush customers out by bringing to go items when a customer wants a refill. I told her that I noticed them doing that twice now within a week or so timeframe. I noticed this behavior clearly… it was a difference. I know, because I frequent Olive Garden for soup, salad and breadsticks often. Plus, my daughter was a server there and in Elkhart some time ago, and they never did that. Sometimes I’d get chicken with Alfredo, which is dry, sticky and stiff. The spaghetti is something I use to get, but it started having a weird smell. But, this review is mostly about rushing me out bringing to go items while I am still eating with plenty of time to do so, and no customers waiting up in the front for seating. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. I also mentioned it to the representative near the door on my way out. Olive Garden, you are wrong for how you treated me and if you have adopted this new way of doing this… YOU NEED TO STOP. YOU WILL LOSE TIPS, AND YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. Fix it!!! Once I mentioned it the first time to the manager… a meeting should have been had to make sure it doesn’t happen again. And, sure enough, it happened to me again. SMH.

Now this is what an experience at Olive Garden should be. Great service, clean restaurant, relatively clean restrooms (a few pieces of tissue on the floor) delicious food and attentive staff. We visited on 11/19 around 3. There was a 15 minute wait. Once we were seated it didn’t take long for our server to take our order. Food was out quickly. Ordered the artichoke dip, penne with meatballs, spaghetti with mushroom sauce, chicken Alfredo fettuccine, black tie mousse cake, and chocolate brownie lasagna. Everything was delicious. Olive Garden made it up to us after an awful experience at a location in Florida and this location did not disappoint at all. Keep up the great work. Customer service and experience are clearly at the forefront of all they do here. Thank you. Dessert pictures are not flattering but both were delicious. Prices are a bit high but I guess that’s everywhere.

Worst experience ever. Every year my family goes to bass pro and get picture with Santa then after go to Olive Garden. We have never had an issue but this year was horrible. Spent 2 hrs there waiting on food and drinks most the time. Had to keep asking the server for things we ordered. Will never go back to this Olive Garden again. They also missed up on our check like 3 times.

The salad had too much dressing. My fettuccini with extra sauce was really good. The kids pizza wasn’t good. I suggest Olive Garden make a thicker better tasting crust. My husband also loved his spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce. My daughters raspberry lemonade was delicious! Waiter was nice and others helped him when he got too busy. Atmosphere and music are great!
