Food did not look anything like on the menu, the soup was great and hot. The appetizers where almost cold and didn’t look anywhere close to the menu pictures.
Service was mediocre.
First picture is what it looks on the menu, second picture is what you get and it’s supposed to be hot and not cold., Also the fried ravioli we ordered where burnt.

The food was fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my meal. I thought it was a reasonable amount of food for the price.

We had a wonderful meal. We had shrimp scampi and a tour of Italy. Also salad and soup. Breadsticks were hot and fresh and soft. Alfredo dipping sauce makes them even better . Our servers name was Autumn and she was one of the best ever. She was very attentive and knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative we had was the temperature of the room was too cold

The food was great as always. I do like that I can remove things from my salad. I went with chicken parmigiana which is fabulous. My wife did the seafood Alfredo. We went at 330 pm and there was no wait. Now get there and enjoy those breadsticks!

It was my first time in Knoxville — and at this Olive Garden. I had gone there because my British friend had never been. It was also his birthday, and he was quite keen on having salad with dinner.
So imagine our surprise when the three ladies at the “Welcome” kiosk all but ignored us and my request for a table. They were bent over their devices, seemingly discussing seating charts or some back-end issue. I say all but because they did look up — but said nothing. To this moment, I remain baffled by the lack of a greeting or offer to seat us.
Perhaps they were overwhelmed. Perhaps they just didn’t care to work at that moment.
In response to their coolness, I tugged my friend’s arm and we walked across the street — for a proper steak, lobster, and oysters dinner instead.
Later that evening, we returned to Olive Garden to ask about what had happened. One of the three ladies was still there — but this time, we were met by Madison.
Madison apologized, really listened, and took responsibility for her colleagues’ rudeness. She is the sole reason I am giving this location two stars instead of one.

Decided to give it a try and was very pleased! We got calamari and spinach dip and both were very good! The soup and salad were also fresh. Pasta was pretty good also.. our waitress was new but very attentive and very nice! Very good service, I would go back just for her!! I believe her name was Brenda.. could be wrong. Short hair Hispanic lady!! Highly recommend the raspberry lemonade!!

Austin was an absolute pleasure, wonderful server. The manager Nemo checked several times with all the tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. Our experience met beyond expectations sin e we were working while dining and they both made sure we were taken care of! The food was delicious as always. And they DO serve the gallon of soup!

This goes too every olive garden I’ve been too. The creamier sauces are alwyas so heavy. Most the time there’s is a layer of grease on top of anything. Other then that food is good and service seems too alwyas be nice!

Visited with a party of 9. I was surprised we were able to get a table so quickly.
I ordered my usual – shrimp Alfredo with rigatoni instead of fettuccine and salad with no dressing. My girls shared with me and we were super full. We had gotten dessert before lunch so that’s probably why we were able to fill up on one meal. My husband got an appetizer for his meal and since he had dessert before he filled up quickly too.
The rest of our party liked their food too. 3 others ordered Alfredo and my mother in law and sister in law got soup and salad.
Our server was nice and the food was good. We would come back again.

Food was served incorrectly. Noodles were dry and I had asked for extra sauce. Food got cold waiting on it to be corrected.
