I had a great experience at this Olive Garden location in Tennessee. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly and exactly as ordered.
The food was delicious—fresh salads, perfectly cooked pasta, and of course the classic endless breadsticks were on point. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy the meal.
Overall, a very solid Olive Garden experience. Consistent quality, great service, and good value. I’d definitely recommend this location and will be back again.

We enjoyed our meal- atmosphere was pleasant, service was friendly, plenty of parking. We had unlimited soup and salad and soup was pipping hot and salads was fresh. Also chicken Alfredo.

We stopped for lunch after swim shopping in the area, last few Olive Garden experiences (other locations) have left us doubting if we should go back, they definitely made us wanna come back. Great services and good quality food.

We have been an Olive Garden family for a while. We’re fairly new to the area and this was our second time to this location. Our server was amazing (I think her name was Riley). The food was great, just like every other Olive Garden experience. Diner came out in a timely manner. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. The only issue was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors are in desperate need of vacuuming. The bathroom was worse than a truck stop. I felt I needed to check everything brought to us to ensure it was cleaned properly. It just makes you wonder, of this how they keep the customer facing area, what dies the kitchen look like? In the end, great food, great service, but think we’ll go to the one on the other side of town—hoping it will be cleaner.

My husband and I like coming here! The food is always so authentic and delicious! Even the little guy likes to eat here.
They have cute little kids menus with crayons that they hand out, with high chairs and booster seats. So very kid friendly.
Lots of menu options. However, I always go for the classic Tried and true: Shrimp Alfredo lol.
We always the Super sweet girl, Dakota when we go. (Love the Name!!) She’s an Absolute Doll. Always making sure My Husband are stocked up on the Dr. Pepper we Share, and Always so Thoughtful!
My Husband usually gets something different, every time. He liked the Chicken Parmesan. He said he liked how the Chicken was. (He’s really Picky about his Chicken)
The Service is always good when we come here. The managers are super friendly. And there’s always plenty of Parking. It’s located right down the road from the Mall. So if you’re looking for a Great, Hearty Meal with Exceptional, Luxurious Service at half the Cost of Cheesecake Factory…. Come HERE!

The spaghetti was okay, the salad had no crutons (they apparently were out), but the chicken gnocchi soup was lacking. Hardly any gnocchi and the bowls were filled below the level they were supposed to fill it until the very last soup after we complained and requested it. Our waitress Allie was rude and cold with us, but was fast, sweet, and very helpful with others around us. She wouldn’t check in on us until we said we needed something, she was abrupt and cold. Even when we would thank her, we got a cold “no problem” muttered under her breath. Lots of side eye and was huffy when we mentioned the issue with the soup. The manager John was kind when he checked in on us. He heard our few complaints and was kind enough to offer us a discount for our troubles as a “sign of good faith”. Overall we Won’t be coming back to this location. However as long as you don’t get Allie, you should be fine.

Came with my husband and two sons for dinner. Dakota was our server. My food wasn’t edible. I got an Alfredo dish and it was incredibly grainy. They brought all of our food out together except for my 4 year old’s. He had to wait an extra 10 minutes for his chicken tenders.My husband had to give the rest of his drink to my oldest son because of the lack of service. Didn’t get one drink refill, no breadstick refill, and was never checked on by our waiter. Well not until the very end when she was wondering how we were going to pay. Definitely wont be visiting again. Waste of money.

Very disappointing today!! We travel the country and have been to just about every Olive Garden. This one was disappointing!! No refill offer for drinks, salad, breadsticks. We literally didn’t see our server from the time we ordered to the end of meal (someone else brought out our food)
