Nobody has reached out to me and I still do not have my refund. Be careful where you eat!
I am a big fan of firehouse subs and always tell people that they are much better than any of the competing sandwich places. However, my most recent experience with them was disappointing. I ordered an $18 meal from them and had no reason to suspect that there were any issues. After eating half of it and getting a funky taste, I looked at the bottom of the other half and found this. I immediately reported it to firehouse subs and received a pathetic response mentioning that they were sorry and hoping I would be back soon. After voicing my frustration, I was promised a refund and that someday someone from their team would reach out. It has now been MORE than a week. I still have not received any refunds and nobody has reached out to me. People make mistakes and I get that, not here to get some poor employee in trouble. I am however, extremely disappointed in how this is being handled considering this made me sick.

Food is good per usual but having basically mandatory computer ordering system is slow, clunky, hard and simply DUMB. Additionally you can only order remove items, no small adjustments. If you can’t take my order in person and I can’t get it the way I want it because you won’t TALK TO ME I’m not coming back.

Long-haired tall gentleman who works. There is absolutely rude terrible at his job. This used to be the best sandwich shop around. Now, firehouse subs is a joke. They don’t make their sandwiches well. They’re rude. They lie, never eating this brand again. Total garbage.

Happened to got confused on way I ordered the food in which will admit I messed up on the ordering and I did politely asked thought it was supposed to be three sandwiches not couple as combo. Since I was caught off guard when they brought up what I ordered online and one of them rudely made a comment that I got what I paid for.

Suuuper slow. Took 10+ minutes from the time I ordered to finally walking out door. Not busy. Additionally I ordered a NY steamer only to find once I got home it only BBQ sauce instead of mustard and Italian dressing… Gross.

Sometimes when I have a cheat day I will opt for a meatball sub from FireHouse. It does not disappoint! Yes it is more expensive than subway but you get what you pay for. Great combination of ingredients. Get ranch and chips as a side with the pickle.
