The food was amazing and Kenna was the best waitress ever. Thank you for adding kindness to my family’s Valentine’s Day. Mrs. B was amazing as well. My son invited her to pray with us and she did. Today was very special. Thank you Olive Garden!

ALWAYS a great experience! Couldn’t eat dessert until I got home. We take the family every year!

Everything was delicious and tasted great. The salad was swimming in dressing but was still good. We were served breadsticks with hair in it, and we let the server know we didn’t want them. She apologized and said she would bring us some fresh ones and not the same. She didn’t bring any more breadsticks. She offered no drink refills. She was very courteous and I understand that accidents happen, so I left 20% tip. Endless breadsticks…with hair?

Last Saturday we took a party bus limo from Nashville to this location for a “pasta La vista to my 20s” 30th birthday for my fiancé. The staff were incredibly friendly to our entire party of 20 guests. Hosts, waitress and management were all very welcoming. The food came out promptly with no one having to wait a long time nor a messed up order. If you are a large group, this is a great location with ample space. While they don’t take reservations, a call ahead of time to let them know our plan was all they needed. Thank you all!

Food was good, hot and didn’t take forever with it being a Friday night. It always is a little salty for my liking and the gnocchi soup only had one gnocchi in it, got my daughters side dish wrong. Marked down for the location of our table and the constant foot traffic.

Beautiful meal I recommend the bucatini and the gnocchi soup was wonderful I would highly recommend and would go there again the service was phenomenal with lots of attention to make sure that we had full drinks and difference and great salad. In under $50 for such alot of food.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated then waited 15 minutes before we left. Not one person stopped at the table and no one gave a passing glance. Tables sat at the same time and after us already had drinks and salads before we got up. Told manager we were leaving and he said sorry have a good night. Not an ounce of care.

I was very underwhelmed this time. I normally have a really good experience here. But today…not so good. I ordered raspberry lemonade, all I tasted was very sour lemonade. Ordered spinach and artichoke dip…it was burnt on top and those pita chips that came with it…a hard NO. The salad and breadsticks were really good. But my food…the shrimp scampi… was soooo dry and no flavor . Our waitress was pretty dry as well. Kinda like she didn’t really want to be there. She wasn’t at all warm. Maybe better luck next time. On a positive note, the place was very clean and so was the restrooms

Above average Olive Garden. Convenient to shopping and entertainment. Service was pleasant. Bread sticks were fresh and soft. Salad was fresh.
Tried the new menu item, Calabrian steak & shrimp bucatini, was not impressed. There was significantly less of everything than what was shown in the picture, including spice. The bucatini pasta was a novelty but the hollow center just made it harder to eat.

My husband wanted to celebrate Veterans Day at Olive Garden. I had already eaten dinner, but he really wanted me to come with him, so I did. When our waitress, Jen S, took the order, my husband ordered his meal and beer and I only asked for water since I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t plan to eat.

When his food arrived, I just tried a bite of his salad and pasta something we always do as a couple. I didn’t have a plate, didn’t order food, and didn’t “share” his meal in any real sense. But Jen S gave me a look that immediately made me uncomfortable, as if I was doing something wrong.

Later, when my husband politely asked for a bit more salad, she very rudely said, I’m not bringing any more because you were sharing, if you want more I will charge you. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing especially considering my husband is a veteran and was simply enjoying his meal.

We completely understand if Olive Garden has a “no sharing” policy for dishes, but it’s all about how you say it. A simple, respectful explanation would’ve been fine. Instead, her attitude was dismissive and unkind.

I later noticed other reviews describing similar behavior from this same server, which says a lot.

Olive Garden and Manager Christina M, please teach *Jen S* some manners! Guests deserve kindness and respect — not attitude. Kindness costs nothing, but it makes all the difference!
