I came here last night around 5ish close to 5:30. Even though the restaurant was filled there was no wait on a table. Our server (Jocelyn) was extremely kind and very attentive! She constantly checked on us and asked if we needed anymore refills or anything else. I see why it was busy last night, because the staff are absolutely wonderful. The food came out hot and it was delicious. I had ordered the endless pasta with chicken fritta and chicken gnocchi soup. The breadsticks were freshly baked out the oven when we received more each time. The raspberry lemonade was so good! It paired well with my pasta. If you’re in the area I highly recommend this place. If I could give it a 10/10 I would! Jocelyn was awesome and very sweet, we truly appreciate her service last night. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again!

The only reason this review is a three star is cause of past experiences at this restaurant. My most recent visit during lunch was the definition of terrible service. We were sat almost immediately and it took close to 10 minutes for anyone to even come around and ask about drinks. There was maybe 5 cars in the parking lot at this time. Our server takes our order and then we kind of sat there waiting for some bread sticks… cause it’s Olive Garden, no matter how subpar the bread sticks are that’s what they are known for. This entire time there is a group of three at the hostess stand scrolling on tik tok and just chirping away ignoring any and all responsibilities that come with a job. Like I don’t know, looking at and ignoring the ringing phone twice. When our food comes out, we still never got any breadsticks until we specifically asked for them.

I had an outstanding experience at the Olive Garden in Opelika, AL. I especially want to highlight Gabe, who took my order with so much professionalism and genuine kindness. He was attentive, patient, and made sure every detail was exactly right. This was very refreshing being that I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE THREE MONTHS AGO! There were NOT SO FRIENDLY HOST AT THE REGISTER LAST TIME. Their attitude and demeanor gave “you’re not wanted here VIBES!”
Anyway, good food is one thing, BUT GREAT service makes the whole experience unforgettable and Gabe truly delivered that. Thank you for making my visit exceptional!

Came here for my anniversary on 10-28-24 for dinner. Reese was our server. The entire team was outstanding and very helpful. We ordered the soup and salad along with toasted ravioli and calamari. We also were served with The Tour of Italy. Everything was delicious. Restaurant was very cozy. Reese was very hospitable and took great care of us. Prompt and hospitable.

The soups, particularly the Zuppa Toscana, are comforting and flavorful. The unlimited breadsticks and salad are always fresh and a great start to any meal. The dessert options are also delightful, with the Tiramisu standing out as a must-try.

I tried the Shrimp Fritto Misto appetizer and it was really good not greasy, not too salty, just perfectly balanced. I couldn’t find the pasta on the regular menu, but it looks like a seasonal summer special (2025). I ended up ordering it twice because it was that good The meat was tender and flavorful, though I wish it had been a bit spicier. The only small downside was that the noodles didn’t wrap up well, so it was a little tricky to eat. Overall though, both dishes were delicious and definitely worth trying!

Great staff, friendly and attentive. The all-u-can-eat Soup option with bread sticks is my go-to meal when I’m travelling and tired. The minestrone is a thick hearty veg soup that warms you up inside, restores strength and prepares you for a good night’s sleep.

Lovely Olive garden. Customer service was good. The front desk employee could’ve been MUCH more friendly. I stood there with my mother in front of the desk for several seconds, I was stared at until I said ” 2 please”, there wasn’t a “Hi, welcome to Olive Garden, How many?”. Not a great start… But we were seated fairly quickly, it was not super busy. I could tell managers were busy training waiters. So… lots of new workers. Our waiter was new but very nice! Our food came quickly. They were out of the warm Italian donuts that we requested. Pretty disappointed in that but unexpected. We still enjoyed our meal. Mask friendly. Although there were many customers not wearing a mask.
