My visit to Olive Garden was nothing short of exceptional! The Endless Soup and Salad is a true masterpiece—each bite was bursting with flavor, and the variety of soups kept things exciting. The salad was fresh, perfectly dressed, and paired wonderfully with their signature warm, buttery breadsticks that seem to melt in your mouth. It’s the perfect combination of comfort and quality.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel like part of the family.
Olive Garden offers not just a meal but a memorable experience. I can’t wait to return and enjoy more of their amazing food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We just got Pasta Alfredo from the Alabaster store and the “Alfredo” had little to no cheese in it. We eat frequently from there so I know it’s usually great. I called the restaurant just to let them know, and the manager (who was condescendingly polite) proceeded to tell me that it was fine because he tasted it while they were making it this morning. Blecch!! Good for him but just because he thinks there’s enough cheese in it doesn’t mean a thing to me, because to me, (the customer) there wasn’t. If I wanted ordinary white sauce I’d ask for it but I wanted Alfredo and didn’t get it. The hostess, Emma was super nice but the manager needs to listen to, and not argue with the customer That was our last trip to that location.
Update: A big thank you going out to Nissy (and everyone) who helped resolve our problem yesterday. It was taken care of within an hour of my review and I appreciate it so much. Olive Garden really does care about customer service.

My dad and I took my mom for her birthday (84) lunch today. We were seated right away. We were blessed with the sweetest young lady as our server. I tried to remember her name from the name tag and believe it is spelled, “Allee.” We ordered the shrimp appetizer and our main dishes were eggplant parmigiana and chicken parmigiana. All of the dishes were delicious including the salad. What put this visit over the top was our server. Allee was very sweet and helpful. She was on the spot anytime we needed to ask a question but she never once interrupted (the old joke about how servers wait until you have a mouth full of food). If it hadn’t been for her cheerful, pleasant, helpful personality I would have rated this visit slightly above average because the food WAS exceptional.

We somewhat dreaded going out for this birthday celebration because of poor attitudes, bad service, and subpar food which has become standard at most places over the past few years. You are the kind of person any establishment should be proud to have representing them. YOU made our outing special. Thank you!

Just dined here this evening and let me say the service overall had a lot to be desired. It took a very long time to place my order and to receive it. I understand it looked to be a very steady evening but it felt overall that our server was a LOT more attentive to her other tables and we were just a side note. It took a while to get small things like, salad, breadsticks, hell took forever to simply get a refill on my drink. I ordered a soup and salad and it took more than 30 minutes to just get soup. My server never came to clear the table allowing dishes to pile as my girlfriend and I tried to enjoy a meal. I only received one bowl of soup because I simply grew tired of the disrespect of being neglected and long waits so I payed and asked for a to go coke. I waited around a few more minutes by this time the overwhelming majority of tables had already left but were still waiting for a to go coke and to go boxes to pack up our meals finally our server brought us to go box entirely to small and she brought me a empty to go cup. I’m like damn as long as we waited I would’ve thought that she could’ve at least made the drink lol but I’ll digress. I eat out often at many establishments and it’s rare that I’ve received service as poor as this. I tipped my server with as much effort as she put into serving us this evening: $0!!! I hope to return one day but not until it’s understood that my money is good too and just like everyone else I pay for a service with the expectation of being served not neglected!

We went in on a Thursday and it was not busy at all we were brought to a table with chairs and asked for a booth because my partner had back surgery the guy that was seating us went to the hostess to ask were he could seat us he returned to say no we can’t seat you in a booth there were so many available, we didn’t come in during the dinner rush. Just bad customer service overall.

Our food was delicious. We haven’t been to an Olive Garden in years. Aaron our server was awesome and attentive. We built our own pasta dish with angel hair pasta, meat sauce and meatballs. The salad was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great meal as we continue traveling home.

This is the best OG location in the B’ham area. You can tell they have great management as the staff members are friendly, seem to enjoy working there, and have been trained to be attentive & efficient. The food is standard OG – it’s chain Italian that tastes good and is priced fairly. It’s the service here that stands out and makes you want to keep coming back.

Thank you for bringing back stuffed chicken Marsala. My favorite meal at Olive Garden. The thing about this Olive Garden is it’s always consistent.I never go and say , “ well it wasn’t as good this time “. I love The endless salad. The dressing is my favorite ever and we buy it at Publix for home. The bread sticks are the best you can get anywhere , My wife loves seafood fettuccini Alfredo and she likes olive gardens the best of all.I usually get the sirloin and fettuccini and add shrimp to it. The service is always great. My favorite they don’t make anymore was the stuffed chicken Marsala. The lasagna is great too. I just wish they delivered with door dash , I would order all the time.

Surprisingly fantastic experience here. We were headed to a tournament and stopped for dinner. Out server was helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our meals without issue. Everyone left happy.
