My sister, Mom and myself met here for lunch this week and I have to say that we will definitely be back. By mistake my Mom ordered something that she was not supposed to be eating and was too embarrassed to say something so, I spoke to Josh on the side who explained that it wasn’t a problem at all if she wanted to exchange it for something else. Catherine came out to take our new order and made my Mom feel so much better. We thoroughly enjoyed each and every single bite of our food. Thank you to Olive Garden in Jensen Beach for a really great afternoon❣️P.S. Don’t forget to order the tiramisu. It is absolutely scrumptious !!!!

Today I decided to try this place, because I live in an area without popular places. And I have to say, I was very happy with the service I received. My waiter was incredibly nice and friendly, he asked if I wanted refills, and was very attentive. However the food was not incredible. It was alright, like your average pasta. Unfortunately, my whole family of five felt sick afterwards, but it was tasty. I was definitely expecting more – because everyone online I’ve seen loves this place, overall, I might come again. Again – service was incredible!!!

The biggest shocker was unwrapping my napkin and finding my silverware wasn’t washed. It had dried up either salad or spinach stuck to it like it had been sitting in a sink for a few days. I was served the wrong drink, they were out of strawberries for their spiked strawberry lemonade, then I was given a virgin lemonade. Out of angel hair pasta, and apparently out of butter? The server didn’t write down what we ordered- over confidence will have you mixing up peoples meals & sides. Our endless breadsticks & salads indeed ended immediately. Grapes on the booth seat & squished on the table from the last guest. We couldn’t wait to get to go boxes and leave. $72 plus a $7 tip because the guy was nice. Really ruined our Valentine’s Day night. Won’t ever be coming back here. Unfortunately didn’t take our phones with us to photograph anything because it was suppose to be a no phone night.

We did a take out order for a gallon of Pasta fagioli Soup and a dozen bread sticks. This soup was so spicy hot we couldn’t eat it. Tasted like they put a cup of Cayenne pepper in it. We get this soup every time we eat there and have never had this issue. The bread sticks and take out service were great. Shame on the chef.

Our waiter Josh was AMAZING. He was very polite, kind and patient. He made us feel very welcomed and even gave suggestions based on our questions. I absolutely love Italian food…and Olive Garden seems like some dishes are fantastic, yet some are just not good at all. On my previous visit, I had the Shrimp Pasta and it was amazing, but when I went this time and ordered the Tour of Italy, it was just not good at all.
2/5 $22.99 Tour of Italy, came with Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parm. The lasagna was ok…it def didn’t taste homemade, maybe it was just frozen and then baked in an oven. The fettuccine was cold, so I couldn’t even enjoy it, and the chicken parm was a proccessed chicken patty that def came frozen and fried.
5/5 $23.49 Shrimp Carbonara was excellent. Highly reccommend this dish if you’re headed into this chain. The dish was prepared fresh from scratch as it’s hard to freeze everything and just heat it up.

Tonight it was POURING rain!! I mean parking lot flooding, heavy rain and a sweet young lady, I didn’t catch her name was taking people to their cars with an umbrella. She had such a good attitude about it and honestly that kind of employee is hard to come by, someone that goes above and beyond. She is an asset to your company!- if she sees this, thank you again sweetheart!!
