As always, the food ,the service, and the ambiance all 5 stars. This is a never fail place. Loved it since day one, and I believe it is worth anyone’s visit. It seems like they improve their taste on a daily basis. There are very few places where someone can absolutely relate to confidence and reliability, and this is one of those. It’s definitely a most visit and a most comeback of all times.

I stop by today to celebrate my brother birthday we check in at this location we wait for a quite long time and the order came wrong we have to wait more than 20 minutes more to fix the meal, it very unfortunate that managers try to fix the error and the unprofessionalism with just giving you a desert, it’s not about getting complementary food it was about that our whole family choose this place to celebrate my brother’s birthday…. Very sad and really bad service ….

On March 1, 2023, my daughters prepared a birthday surprise party at Olive Garden located at 8925 SW 162 ave Miami Fl. We had a party of 8 on a special room with a big round table . We ordered drinks and little after that he gave us the menu to order. Food was ok , my husband’s steak was hard to eat. My chicken Marsella was ok. What bothered me the most , not one time he came around the table to ask if everything was as Ok , if we wanted to order more drinks, when we cut my delicious cake he didn’t ask if anyone would like to order coffee. In other words , he never showed up only to give my daughter the bill $198.83 . What a disappointment! Sometimes when you go to a restaurant some of the waiters get together with the customers and sing Happy Birthday. That was not the case here. I love Olive Garden that’s why they brought me here , but this particular location was a total disappointment. Customer Service was not his forte

On this occasion, we had a very nice young man, his name is Oliver, he greeted us gracefully, he was professional and attentive; he made sure the food, bread, salad and everything was fantastic. “Olive Garden Italian Restaurant (Kendall)” is a magnificent restaurant to enjoy delightful cuisine at affordable prices. This cozy restaurant is, without any doubt, a hospitable host; it has delicious dishes, beautiful presentations, an exhaustive list of meals, and fabulous dessert options to choose from. First time at this restaurant…The food was good but the service was slow, and mind you there were very few customers. The only think I did not like is that kids menu Spaghetti meatballs comes with 1 medium size meatball. The drinks were ok.

Sunday at 2 pm and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Great and fast service, Judith A+. Food is as any other Italian franchise food restaurant so don’t expect real Italian food. The good thing of these restaurants is that you don’t get surprised, so if the service is good your experience is good too.

Service was slow, most likely because the server was assigned more tables than he could handle. Forgot the breadsticks, soup, and side of grapes after saying he would bring them out soon. The food was good, just way too salty. The desserts were delicious. The portions of food were good for the price.
