The Lardin House is a beautiful historic home build in the late 1700’s and located just outside of Masontown Pennsylvania. It is currently a small upscale restaurant, that is very well appointed, but the local demographics are not in line with it’s status. The result is that it is not usually very crowded and appears to be popular with wedding and anniversary parties, and for special occasions. I like this place. It’s cozy and warm. The staff are always friendly and professional. The food has always been top shelf, and the prices do reflect that. It’s definitely worth your efforts to stop by and have chef Bill whip up a master piece for you to enjoy. It’ll surely impressed your date.
