I have to say this is one of the best olive gardens we have been to. We sat in a booth at the bar and the service was excellent! We were greeted by the host and server immediately. We had the lunch special. The Lasagna came out and wasn’t exactly hot so they took it back and made things right. Great experience for lunch.

We love Olive Garden. They have great breadsticks, salad, and soups. We ordered. Calamari, Chicken masala, chicken/shrimp alfredo, 5 cheese ziti, lasagna, the trio, and chicken alfredo. For dessert tiramisu.. All delicious!

Upon arrival at the restaurant, we dutifully informed the staff of our intention to dine there. However, we were left feeling quite disappointed as we were made to wait for approximately 15 minutes before we were even escorted to our table. Once seated, we were left waiting for an additional 10 minutes before our server made an appearance and provided us with menus. Regrettably, our food arrived burnt and charred, which was quite disappointing and unsatisfactory. To add insult to injury, our neighboring table was served ahead of us despite being seated after us. It was quite frustrating to observe that they were promptly served, whereas we were left without straws while they had theirs, and our server even took our salad without first inquiring if we had finished with it. As we were preparing to leave, we were handed our boxes without a bag, which was quite inconvenient. We had to retrieve one ourselves from the front. Overall, our experience was less than satisfactory due to the poor customer service we received. We cannot, in good faith, recommend this restaurant, especially considering that we had to drive a distance of 5 miles to get there.
