We had a wonderful lunch at this Olive Garden! We had the soup, salad, and breadsticks lunch. Everything was fresh, the soup was hot, the salad was fresh with a good amount of dressing, and the breadsticks were good.
The service was excellent as well, Raydon was a wonderful server, friendly and quick. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our food, or for the refills of soup. He definitely made the visit nice. We will certainly return when we are in the area.

I’m sorry, but this is the worse Olive Garden I’ve ever been to. The newest Menu item I decided to try ( don’t know what I was thinking)which consisted of: steak, blue cheese, balsamic and Alfredo is absolutely disgusting!!!! Not to mention I asked for my steak to be medium and it came out well done on top.
However, the waitress was phenomenal! I even sent her a tip on cash app and the manager was on point! I ended up sending my food back just ate soup and salad and my kids ate from the kids meal which wasn’t even onPoint. The fries were cold,etc. Ummm. Never ever going back to that location.

I’ve been to many Olive Garden locations over the years, but nothing compares to this one. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they do.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely serviceable. The staff made us feel welcome the moment we walked in, and they consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive.
I also want to give special recognition to the manager who personally came to our table to check on us. That level of leadership and involvement truly makes a difference. It shows that management cares about the customer experience and takes pride in their team. The professionalism and positive attitude were clearly reflected throughout the entire restaurant.
This was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had at any Olive Garden. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

It was a pleasure dining at this Olive Garden Italian restaurant this evening. Noah was our server on this new years eve night. He was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable concerning the menu and dishes offered. He made wonderful recommendations to dishes that were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We will be coming back soon

Nick went above and beyond for my mom’s birthday dinner! He was extremely kind and charming from start to finish. He was knowledgeable of the menu and was very communicative on everything we asked and needed. He even wanted to make sure my mom’s birthday donuts (which were free for her birthday – thank you!!) had a candle in it for her to have her birthday wish. Every Olive Garden needs a Nick!

This review comes a couple of days late. I came into the Ocoee location after running errands and sat at the bar for a quick pick me up just a tiramisu and cup of coffee. The young man behind the bar was friendly and had a smile on his face every time I looked over. How ever as a bartender/ server and service industry professional I quickly noticed some things that were making this young man’s job more stressful. It seemed his coworkers had no problem coming to him for solutions every couple of minutes about things that they could figure out themselves or through proper management and training. One issue that stood out the most was a server selling a bottle of wine asking him for a wine key after she finds one realizes she doesn’t know what she’s doing. This was a teaching moment and management didn’t handle it well a young female manager proceeded to incorrectly open the wine bottle. Instead of teaching the server how to do it properly. It is managements job to make the lines clear between teamwork and carrying the team. While this young man was delivering excellent service it was clear that his work space was not being respected. All employees should be prepared for work especially when presenting wine this is basic serving 101.

To preface, Olive Garden isn’t my first pick for a restaurant. However, it was always a favorite of my parents because of the entrees always including soup and salad. My Mother suggested we go today and I agreed as I had an email for a free dessert for my birthday anyways.
It’s unfortunate that this location quality has gone down so quickly. From the get-go, it felt like the server Shavonni didn’t understand my mom very well. My mom wanted paper napkins and I also tried to express that the eating utensils did not feel clean and wanted new ones. This lack of understanding led to her just bringing us plastic silverware instead and just leaving. She brought the soup and salad but never brought breadsticks. On top of the fact that soup and salad portions were also rather lackluster (the soup being mostly tomatoes and my salad being mostly croutons). So overall the service left a lot to be desired.
I requested to speak with a manager. Emma assisted with the situation and I ultimately just felt like taking our food home instead of staying any longer. Emma offered a complimentary dessert and stated I can always use my birthday email another time. She was very kind and patient with us.
We brought everything home and the supposedly “fresh” salad was clearly not as it was full of brown lettuce that I had to sort through before serving. My mom also had ordered Chicken and shrimp carbonara but with fettuccine instead of spaghetti. However it was very evident that it was Alfredo sauce and incredibly bland.
I only wish to provide feedback as I know that it will improve any future experiences. But as of today, it is most definitely our last time coming to an Olive Garden.
