Has the best service and food. Busy and staffed. As soon as we walked in the door at primetime Friday night, staff was ready and waiting. Our server was so sweet and attentive. Everyone helping each other. And the visibility of the restaurant manager was prominent. We complimented him on his team and leadership. He was very humble, cared about his team and customers, and definition of true leadership. I have been to so many OGs in my day, and have always had great experiences. This one was memorable and this place deserves all the recognition. They care.

First time to Olive Garden in a while and I was not disappointed. Mikayla was such a kind and attentive waitress. She made us feel very welcome and was always asking if we needed anything else. She was never intrusive on our dinner! Food came out very fast and was delicious. Overall a great experience!

I usually don’t complain online but what a disaster. Must have been first table waited on for server. Put in everything at once and delivered soup and salad and not 5 minutes later said entrees ready. Sent back and put under lights and dried out but that was not the worst thing about the food.
Ordered chicken marsala as lots of times previous. Usually order and usually outstandingly good. But they changed the ingredients to like soggy stove top stuffing, no lie, and the potatoes changed from creamy red skinned garlic infused delight to instant mashed potatoes, seriously instant mashed potatoes, no kidding. And then they dumped a ton of salt on everything. Two of us ordered the chicken marsala and I ate some of the chicken because I was really hungry. My sister in law took one bite, waited a good 10 minutes to track down the a absent server, said take it back and take it off the bill. Server never asked if we wanted more water or tea and just left everything on the table and disappeared another good 10 minutes to return with the manager. The manager asked why my sister in law said try it yourself, it is so salty it’s unedible. She asked me and I said I ate one chicken breast because I was really hungry but the change in the ingredients, salt overwhelming I would never eat at olive garden again after many years of pleasant experiences there. Manger said hers would be taken off the bill, never even suggested taking anything off mine 3/4 left on the plate. Others with us were not happy with the food quality either but ate theirs. Then waited seriously 20 minutes for the server to try to get the dohicky to work to let is pay. Server gave up and printed the bill and crossed out in pen. Olive garden never again, you totally shot yourself in the foot with raising prices and soup thinned down, pushed entrees so not offered any more soup or salad, really cheap instant ingredients, and untrained servers.

We had Kevin as our server at the Altamonte springs location. When we sat down to order after av15 min wait he introduced himself and kept calling me “Boss” I told him several times call me Joe. I told him it was my wife’s birthday and we were in no rush for our food to come out. I was busy Saturday at 7pm which is expected. I ordered the stuff chicken marsala and asked for pasta instead of mashed potatoes. He said there would be a upcharge which was no problem. My order came out so dry so I asked for some more marsala sauce I got a 2 oz cup. Kevin said if I got more there would be a extra charge. My dinner was $20.99 and I couldn’t get some more sauce, we had to wait for refills and then for some ice as the tea was warm. We tried calling Kevin to order 2 desserts to take home and still no servers have come by to wish my wife a happy birthday. My bill for the 2 of us was $70.99 before tip. These are the pictures of our desserts for $9.49 each, see below. The pieces are 4×3 inch pieces for almost $20 for both pieces, thats ridiculous. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Today we were blessed with outstanding service from Fabian, and he absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment he greeted our table, his warmth and professionalism stood out. His voice was soft, inviting, and respectful — the perfect welcome to a family lunch.
Fabian took the time to walk us through the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions that matched what we were craving. He listened closely, never rushed us, and showed so much patience while we made our decisions.
While we waited for our meals, he brought breadsticks and Alfredo dipping sauce — a small gesture, but one that showed he was attentive and wanted us to feel taken care of. Throughout our entire visit, he checked on us consistently but never intrusively, making sure we had everything we needed.
He even showed us the dessert options with genuine enthusiasm and offered to package our leftovers at the end — something many servers overlook but he handled with care.
Fabian went above and beyond in every aspect of hospitality. His service was warm, polished, and sincere. If every restaurant had a “Fabian,” dining out would always feel this easy and enjoyable.
If I could give him more than 5 stars, I truly would.

We love coming to this restaurant. It’s our 4th time and each time the food tastes even better. The service is excellent as well. I come here with my toddler children and we are always placed in a more secluded area which is great. The wait time for the food is not long and it’s very hot on arrival. I highly recommend the calamari as appetizer and the seafood pasta. The salad is so delicious as well as the different soups. We never leave here with getting a soup and salad.

Went to Olive Garden with my wife and three kids. Everything was going fine we ordered the kids food. My wife and I ordered our entrees. The kids got their food. We’re like okay. The kitchen might be backed up so we waited a little while and 20 minutes goes by. Our waiter never came back after 30 minutes when the kids were done with our food. I went and got a manager and asked what happened to our entries. She said okay I’ll go check. She comes back with the entrees with no apologies or explanations. I’m like okay. Then we start eating our food and the pasta is hard. We wait a while for the waiter and he doesn’t come so we just eat a bit pay the check and leave. Definitely won’t be back to this location for a while. I don’t know. It seems like Olive garden has gone down hill. Definitely not. What do I remember.

I been to this Olive Garden a few times. The service is always good but this time it was amazing! My server a young lady named Elizabeth was just perfect!! She made my normally good service Top Tier! She was on top of everything! And her energy was beautiful! As a server myself I was blown away by her service! Food was amazing also! Ask for Elizabeth you wont regret it!
