I ordered spaghetti with meatballs from Olive Garden and received grated Parmesan cheese that was expired. Because of this, I was unable to eat the food. The expiration date on the cheese was January 15, 2026, and today’s date is January 28. The cheese had already changed color—it was not white and looked dirty on my spaghetti.
I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the receptionist acted as if she couldn’t hear me and repeatedly hung up the phone. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, Jeanae, who questioned what type of cheese I received. After explaining that it was Parmesan, her response was that she could offer me a gift card.
That response was unacceptable. I do not want a gift card—I want a refund. Serving expired food is a serious issue, and I should not have to accept store credit for something that could make me sick. This experience was very disappointing and handled poorly.

Ordered ToGo. Not what it used to be. Received 0 breadsticks, supposed to get 4. No utensils. Soups had huge unpeeled uncooked hard potatoes. Entrees were just ok.Dessert was small for $9

I visited this past Friday with my husband and mother and the food, drinks and service was amazing! Our server Rebecca was such a delight! She made sure to check up on our table and refilled drinks/bread regularly! Our pasta was delicious and our drinks were great! Well definitely come back in the future

Olive Garden on Scenic Highway was a mixed experience. The service was friendly and the staff tried their best, but the food didn’t quite hit the mark this time. Personally found the dishes a bit too salty for my taste, which took away from the overall enjoyment. The breadsticks were still great—soft, warm, and comforting as always. The ambience is nice for a relaxed meal, but nothing that really stands out. Not a bad place if you’re in the area, but I’d probably try something else next time unless I am really craving those breadsticks!

We are big fans of Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and this location is a great example of why. The atmosphere is nice similar to an Italian villa. We really like the food as it tastes fresh and is always served hot. They have several hot soups available every day. Our server was super friendly and very attentive. A really enjoyable meal.

A warm family welcome from Olive Garden. We used the app to get on the call ahead list and that was wonderful. They were extremely accommodating of my dietary restrictions. Our server Jayleicia was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She happily took our orders. The kids all were able to find something to eat and we didn’t get a side eye from anyone. It was an easy meal with great service. This is great for family dining.

Plan to reach early cuz there is waiting period of 25-30 minutes. We got our table and the staff were good. The food was also good but it came out bit late. We already had salad and appetizer before the actual entree was served. We couldn’t eat much and had to pack rest of the food. The quality of breadstick has dropped drastically over the time.

The meal was pretty good and the servers were excellent but the hostess and management are rude. We had a large group coming so I was trying to give a heads up but the response I got from the manager was, “we don’t take reservations and can’t guarantee a place for you”. So we did what they said and came anyway because it was too late to change venues. The hostess made us wait and extra long time and was really condescending the whole time. Will definitely reconsider going back.

It was very busy yesterday (Sunday) when we went. We had no reservations so we had to wait about an hour to be seated. Our lovely, charming, courteous hostess Dijanne was so great I forgot about how long we waited to be seated. Her recommendations of what to eat were on point. She ensured our order delivered was correct. She will be my reason why I will return to Olive Garden.

Very crowded, the manager was trying his best, but we were seated and waited about 20 minutes after being seated before a waiter showed up to take our drink order. After I drink my first glass of coke the waiter didn’t refill it until after I was done eating, it was empty before I got my food. Our appetizer didn’t come out until after we were done eating. There was 4 of us, and we all got salad. The one bowl of salad for all 4 of us to share was all we got, along with only getting 6 bread sticks the entire time we were there. We saw the waiter 3 times the entire visit. The food was great, but the service was a 1.
