Well, that was a delicious dinner tonight. The halibut was fantastic and my wife’s fillet was cooked perfectly. Loved the Risotto too. Friendly and attentive staff made it a great night out. Great to have you in Olympia 1889 Prime!

We had a delicious dinner to celebrate a birthday, unfortunately that wasn’t acknowledged by the staff. Service was good & the food was delicious & came out quickly. The bar was struggling as we received our apps & entrees before our first round of drinks. Overall, the food was noteworthy & we are looking forward to returning.

Husband wanted to have his birthday dinner here. Our server, Will, was the best! Great from start to finish. The food was super impressive. We had risotto, scallops, ribeye and a new york strip. Hats off to the chefs!

We went there this week and absolutely loved it. The scallops appetizer was delicious and hands down the best scallops my husband and I have ever had. We were with a big group and everyone’s meal was delicious.

Overall the food is hit or miss. our steaks fit the reoccurring complaints, significantly under seasoned, which I have never experienced at a steakhouse, but they were cooked properly. our table was surrounded by fruit flies which was said to be a result of their exhaust fan not functioning which also caused the place to occasionally fill with smoke from the kitchen. The sides are great portions for family style meal and great options that I really enjoyed. The appetizers are also great. But they are a long way from a 5 start steakhouse experience.

My husband booked dinner for my birthday. We sat on the patio, beautiful lake view with moderate street noise. Our waiter, Will, was excellent & knowledgeable. Started with the scallop & bacon appetizer, excellent, however the sauce color was strange. Our steaks were perfectly cooked. We tried the bone marrow butter and smoked butter on the steaks, also excellent. My Caesar salad was a bit over dressed but palatable. Mac n Cheese was delish. Nice to have a Prime steak house in Oly. Looking forward to going back.

Grand Opening night is expected to have some flaws or issues that could be improved and since it is a new spot, we do not know what to expect.

Delicious food and cocktails. Highly recommend the crab dip appetizer. Spanish Coffee dessert cocktails were a treat.
