I’m typically always happy with my food and still am tonight, but I ordered a side of broccoli and only got three pieces? Two of them are larger pieces, sure, but for $2.99 it just doesn’t seem to be much. Maybe I’m wrong. I just opened the container and attached a pic. Otherwise the food is always good. Just seems like maybe there should have been more broccoli (and usually there is more).

We had a good experience visiting this Olive Garden in Florence during a recent road trip to Florida. Our waitress Sheena was nice and the food came out quickly. We ordered the shrimp fettuccine alfredo, the soup and salad meal and meatballs with spaghetti. All were really good and filling. Would recommend visiting this location when in the area.

Actually haven’t had an opportunity to sit down and have dinner inside in a very long time. This last time we showed up at about 3PM on a Saturday, once again people were lined up waiting for tables, only there seemed to be half the restaurant empty. So, instead of seating people and serving rolls and drinks while waiting for food orders, they would rather have customers walk out. We crossed the street to another popular restaurant, they had a full staff and didn’t blink, we were seated right away with great service. Probably will stop trying at Olive Garden.

My husband and I are just passing through Florence, SC on our way to Canada. We always make a point to eat at a Olive Garden. This location was close to our hotel. I read recent reviews and even though they didn’t sound positive, we still chose to go and we are glad we did. First of all, the service was perfect. Our waitress was very cheerful, quick and good at her job. Secondly, we ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks special, our favorite meal after a long drive. The Tuscan soup is our favorite, 3 bowls later. I give a 5 star for food and service because they deserve it, 4 star for atmosphere as its a little dusty on the lights and needs some updating. Very busy location amongst all the hotels in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Our food was great, server was attentive and we had a great time. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because I noticed a employee at shift change park directly in front of the restaurant. That should be for customers in my opinion. When we sat down she was at a table drinking a soda and not working. I just think this whole thing was unprofessional. Maybe the manger should explain to employees that the very front parking is for customers. Maybe that’s how they roll at Florence Olive Garden. I did see other workers parking further away and at the back.

Went there on July 23 by myself. Wanted something different. The waiter that I had worked both the bar and tables. The soup was delicious never had it before always got the salad. The food was nice and hot.
