The first time we were here it was lucky to have Dee served us. During both visit, I could only complain about one breadstick that wasn’t brown enough. Dee gave us a new set of basket of golden brown ones with the infinity soup on the house, and we had a good talk that day. The sec time we were greeted w friendly host and Ashley during Veteran’s Day, thank you for the excellent experience and unforgettable hospitality!

The last few times we’ve been to Olive Garden the food has come out slowly. We’ve been served our salad and soup, and then waited and waited for the main entree to come out. Tonight was about 25 minutes and we asked our waitress about it, and she said she doesn’t have anything to do with the kitchen staff. It soon came out afterwards.

I went there the other night with my parents and wife and we were very fortunate to have James as our waiter. A big shout-out to him and the level of service that he provides. Without a doubt he is worth his weight in gold and the food was spot-on! Great food and easily some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. Ask for James!!!

Dee was exceptional! She made my birthday lunch so special. Laughter, jokes, smiles. Dee is an absolute treasure to the Olive Garden team. Her skills at promptness between refills and time management between appetizers and entrees was flawless. Our family of 5 will be asking to sit in her section again. Take my money, Dee. You are worth it my girl!

We went for an early dinner tonight, we were seated and waited over 15 minutes before we asked the hostess if our server would be out anytime soon? Another 10 minutes and a second ask of the hostess and we finally had our server come to the table and take our drink order. The server was friendly and attentive after she finally came out but the 25 minutes waiting to get a glass of tea was a bit much for me. It will be a while before we try them again.

I mean the tour of Italy is one of the upper cost menu items and when I get it to go i get barely half a container. Pretty disappointed. The employee who brought to me dis forewarn they were busy tonight. But I dont see ably real reason not to fulfill a portion.

I want to start by saying I have never liked olive garden and I still don’t. Olive garden to Italian is like taco bell to Mexican.
That being said my experience at this olive garden was 5 stars for olive garden. We were seated promptly; our server Brittany was great! She was alert, attentive, and a great up seller. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and always made she we were having the greatest experience possible. I had the lasagne lunch special and I made it a trio. I was disappointed with the gnocchi and chicken soup. It was delicious but I only had 1 gnocchi in my bowl and I love gnocchi. The salad was decent. I loved the peppers. We got marinara sauce with the bread sticks and I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the sauce. The lasagna was pretty good. I would order it again if I ever go back. All in all I had a great experience.

I ordered the duo lunch lasagna for take out. I called ahead and my food was ready when I got there. The hostess bagged my food In front of me so I could see that my order was correct. I was given breadsticks, soup, lasagna, cheese packets, silverware, and a mint. I loved how the process was and the hostess was very friendly. Great service. Keep up the good work!

The nastiest worst food ever. The salad was either wilted and black or frozen and no freshness. The spaghetti noodles were cold and stiff. The cleanliness was just awful. Needs to be inspected
