Overall, one of the cleanest restaurants in the area, especially around the mall. We were promptly seated in a nice area with a wonderful waitress. She took very good care of us and was very responsive to our needs.. Olive Garden is known for their Never endings, including soup salad and breadsticks are waitress made sure our bowls were never empty.

Soups were hot and tasty. Salad was fresh crisp and not overly covered in dressings.

From the moment we walked in until the time we walked out the doors the service was excellent. Fast seating, food was at the table quickly and tasted incredible. Mahogany and her team made our visit great.

I ordered for pickup , I get home look at it and I’m my opinion paying $17 for pasta and getting this little bit of pasta this not even worth $17 is ridiculous. Where is the rest? I think it’s honestly insane. You charge a fortune for pasta and then don’t even give the amount of food that’s worth it.and the other pasta with chicken $20 and still not enough.and the pasta is so dry it’s insane.do better.the woman who bring the food out the the car she was very nice.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my recent visit to Olive Garden. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it felt like there were only about three noodles on the plate — the portion was extremely small for the price.

I also tried the Tour of Italy and it was very underwhelming. Everything looked flat and unappetizing. The lasagna in particular was disappointing — thin, flat, and lacking flavor.

Dessert was another letdown. The portion was tiny, barely enough for one person, and they didn’t even have the white chocolate that’s supposed to be on top. It felt incomplete and not worth ordering.

Overall, the portions were small, the presentation was poor, and the experience didn’t match what I expected.

Food was great but everything went wrong besides that.
Our waitress didn’t check on us one single time after taking our orders.
We sat with just waters at our table for a while. 15 mins later, the breadsticks finally came out with my soup+sweet tea.
Our entrees came out at different times.
We weren’t asked if we needed refills because our waitress never came back (she didn’t even serve my entree, someone else did).
I had to flag staff down to ask for parmesan cheese, more breadsticks, more soup, more sweet tea, and a to go box. we never even got water refills.
To top it all off, our waitress gave us one singular mint even though two of us were dining.
Other tables around us were being served at a normal speed by a different waitress.
Never again at this location, considering we spent about half the time there with empty drinks/plates waiting for our waitress or any staff member to come by.

Came here for dinner and were initially seated at a broken booth, which was pretty uncomfortable. Luckily, we were able to move to another table.

The food was good, and I really liked the ambiance. We ordered the Chicken and Gnocchi Soup, Shrimp Fettuccine, and Seafood Fettuccine, all were tasty. Our server didn’t check on us often, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely come back one day.

Had yet another great meal here. Food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond again! Maureen was lovely, and cups and bread and salad never empty. Came here last week for a Galentines lunch and our server was super accommodating and attentive as well (unfortunately I forgot her name but it started with V). Thank you again and will be coming back

You’re not coming here to read the reviews of the food. Your mouth is likely already watering for some breadsticks. This review is for our AMAZING service.

I usually wouldn’t say one Olive Garden stands out from the other unless it is a negative experience. Joe was the best server I have had in years….like if you could give a Michelin star to a server. He was kind, respective, attentive and went over the top to make sure we had the best dining experience.

We waited there for more than 45 minutes. After that we got a message that our table was ready. We went to see the host and she told us to wait for another 5 minutes (in the main time she forgot all about us). She was to busy taking care for other people that came after us. Please think twice before you go there. We had to leave after waited there for over an hour. Worse experience ever.

Visiting this Olive Garden while we’re here working from SLC, and I wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I was. As a former restaurant and catering business owner, I understand the importance of consistent customer service and quality across the board, and Maureen absolutely delivered.

Her service was top notch. If her level of care and professionalism could be replicated across the team, it would serve the company incredibly well. The Zuppa Toscana tonight was more brothy than creamy with a slight off taste, and the Eggplant Parmesan had clearly been sitting under the warmer long enough for the spaghetti noodles to crisp. Maureen handled everything with grace. She immediately brought out a fresh order of spaghetti and marinara, and although she has no control over the kitchen, she took total ownership of the experience and made it right.

Her attitude was genuinely contagious, even on a busy Friday night.

If you visit this Olive Garden, ask for Maureen. She won’t let you down.
P.S. To management: take good care of her – she’s a keeper.
