Olive Garden was exactly what you expect. We went with the bottomless pasta and chose the fettuccine alfredo and the spaghetti and meatballs. I also started with the Zuppa Toscana. The service was very good. Nothing fancy, but consistent food and a reliable option when you want a familiar, no-surprises dinner.

Love the music. Love the drink menu especially the limoncello margarita. Love the tiramisu. Our waiter tonight, Alfredo, was friendly and competent and made our experience that much more enjoyable. Don’t let him go. The only note I have is that the very beautiful light fixtures overhead could do with a dusting…but the Briar Creek Olive Garden is one of our favorite places to go and our 14 year old grandson is a fan of your breadsticks!
Update: Went to Olive Garden again for dinner, this time with husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandson, the Monday after Christmas and once again had a delicious meal and excellent service. Our waiter, Brad, was friendly, efficient and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The food, the music, the service and the friendly atmosphere are the reasons the Olive Garden is our go-to restaurant.

I love their never ending pasta bowl, it is worth the price. The amount they serve is so filling. Jael was our server and he did come and check on us a couple of times. Very kind young man. Definitely come and enjoy their dishes.

Amazing Service from KC!
My friends and I had such a great experience at Olive Garden thanks to our waitress, KC. She was absolutely amazing—super funny, incredibly patient, and really reassuring the whole time. She made us feel comfortable, never rushed, and kept the mood light with her great personality. It’s rare to find someone who can balance being attentive and entertaining so well. KC definitely made our visit memorable, and we’ll be asking for her next time! Highly recommend!

Olive Garden is always a treat to me and very underrated. Our food was delicious and hot and the salad was fresh and satisfying. Our waitress was very attentive and took very good care of us also. I would definitely be back to try their other selections.

Specifically reviewing our visit here over the snow day last Saturday(1.31.26). Arrived a bit after 5pm and only 2 other tables were seated. The snow had just started to consistently fall and they weren’t really sure how long they’d stay open.
Food was typical Olive Garden, no surprises there but our server, Alfredo was great. He was the only server when we arrived and as time went on, more people showed up and soon the entire middle section was full and he was busy.
Five stars and a huge shout out to Alfredo who walked to work that day and did a fantastic job not only for us but for the rest of the middle section!

My daughter and I went for lunch last Friday in Brier Creek. We ordered never ending soup, salad and bread.
Most importantly, Diego our server was kind, efficient, professional and accommodating. He was a tribute to Gen Z (a nice surprise).
The salad and bread was delicious, as expected.
The pasta fagole and chicken gnocchi were also delicious!! Unfortunately, we did not care for the minestrone. The veggies were mushy and overall had way too many beans.
I returned it for more gnocchi:).
As an added bonus, Diego offered to go portions which we took advantage of! Thanks Diego!!

Our group of 9 was seated right away in an ideal little side room with a large round table and plenty of space for all of us. The hostess was really friendly and our server was on top of things with a very kind ease. Everyone who brought food, drink, etc was absolutely professional. It was a much more elevated experience overall compared to what I expect at Olive Garden. We were a group of 3 parents with kids aged 17-20 and everyone had a great time and all our needs were well met.

Even when understaffed they did a good job bringing out the food , being polite , and offering all sorts of refills , the food was good and well cooked , and I highly recommend the smoothies from the bartender “Logan” , she provided excellent service and drinks as well. Would come again.

So when I typically go to restaurants when we want dishes removed normally stack them on edge of table for them to be easily removed everything just stacked up until I asked if we could have items removed. My daughter n granddaughters food was good mine was not informed waitress wasn’t happy and she said sorry to hear that and walked off. I wanted to actually order something different as you physically see that some noodles were hard and not cooked all the way but after that interaction just asked for the bill and left.
