1. Reservation: You need it. They are packed! Had to wait 40 mins cause our group came without a reservation, last minute decision.
2. Food: edible
I did not really like the taste, but it was okay. Absolutely edible especially considering how hungry we all were after a long day.
Quite salty and extensively oily.
3. Drinks: Not good.
4. Service: Excellent. We loved our waitress. She was wonderful
5. Huge parking lot.
Everyone was friendly, our waiter was great, the place was clean, and it was exactly what you expect from Olive Garden. Yummy food and amazing service despite being short staffed.
Iam thankful
Their appetisers selection is limited and needs revamping. We have few of our favs which we always order and love them (chicken n gnnochi soup is awesome with bread sticks).
Parking is available and free. Restrooms are clean as well. Thanks.
This location is massive with plenty of seating for small or large groups. Their unlimited salad and/or soup always hit the spot.
I always appreciate the variety of options Olive Garden gives- for vegetarians and meat lovers.
Plenty of parking in the large free parking lot of the shopping center.
To be fair, the breadsticks and salad were the best part of the meal. They were fresh and familiar, and honestly the only items that met expectations. Everything else felt generic and underwhelming.
What makes this more frustrating is that this wasn’t an isolated visit. We’ve eaten at multiple Olive Garden locations over the past few months and have consistently noticed the same decline in portion size and overall quality. That strongly suggests this is a chain-wide issue rather than a problem with one individual restaurant. The food increasingly feels mass-produced, consistent with items that appear to be centrally prepared or frozen rather than made fresh.
Service also fell short. The hostess and our waitress seemed largely disinterested and more focused on their phones than on the dining room. After the food was dropped off, we didn’t see our waitress again until the check arrived. There was no follow-up or engagement during the meal.
Overall, this was a two-star experience. Olive Garden used to be a dependable, comfortable option for a casual meal, but between the smaller portions, bland food, and inattentive service, it’s hard to justify returning at the current prices.
