Brought the family here this weekend for some lunch, and I must say I was beyond impressed! Our server, Travis, was very polite and friendly to us when we came. It sure is heartwarming to be greeted and served with a good attitude! Tried out the Tour of Italy dish…delicious! Just the right amount of each. I look forward to coming back with the family! Two thumbs up to Travis, that’s the way you earn a tip!

Kitchen staff needs some help. There is a need for diversity in the Kitchen! Food looks beautiful but is lack luster in taste and flavor. Very disappointed. The highlight is the salad and bread sticks. Great ice tea!

The triple fried shrimp, peppers & onions appetizers could be offered in 2 sizes. The women restroom was clean, the hostess wasn’t at the hostess station upon our arrival & when she returned that there was a 10 minute wait time even though there were multiple empty seating/booths. They had 2 hostesses, 6 waiting staff, 1 bartender & 1 table buser working that night. The waitress came to our table immediately & was ready to take our drink, appetizers orders. The waiters/waitress were huddled together talking at their station. The all you can salad was freshly made but the dinner rolls taste dry & had a lite amount of olive oil brushed on them. My mango iced tea didn’t taste good & we sent back the 2nd orders. I told my son Anthony that ‘s how my 1st mango iced tea taste. We were still eating appetizers & salads when our entrees came out. My entree order was made to request yet the waitress was willing to reorder it. Our waitress was relaxed & comfortable talking to the customers in the next booth in front of us. Suggestion: Brew fresh tea then add ice & flavorings when ordered by customers. Add disposable seat covers to restrooms.

This’s my first time at an olive garden, probably my last… I’d say it’s like settling for taco bell when you want proper Mexican food (sorry, not sorry)… Breadsticks are overrated, whatever version of shrimp scampi they have didn’t do it for me, the calamari was okay until the breading started falling off… Our server was very good though.

Servers needs some basic training and skills for the wine. I know this is not fancy Italian restaurant but I wish the staff have some basic knowledge. It was my birthday and me and my family decided to order bottle of Prosecco. Young server name Emily brings white zifendale, So I sent her back and ask for Prosecco. Emily came back with Prosecco with 4 tables wine glasses. I asked her if they had flute glass for the Prosecco. Emily says NO, they serve all the wine with table wine glasses and walked away. Maybe 10 minutes later different server came with 4 flute glasses and open the bottle for our table and apologized for the inconvenience. And later Emily came back and proudly saying “ I don’t know wine but now I will remember” it’s all good and thanks for the honesty but, have some basic knowledge when you work at Italian restaurant knowing that customers will order wine. I don’t need to training servers on my birthday because of their lack of experience and the knowledge. I could have enjoy time with me family instead teaching Emily which glasses for the different types of wine… food was good big portions.

Oh my word this is hands down the best Olive Garden I have ever been too. The waiter was on point with everything, no wait time, very friendly, most of all the food oh my the food was delicious. I could give this restaurant a 100 stars that’s how lovely and amazing it was. I would definitely recommend and definitely I’m returning again.
