We had dinner at Olive Garden on 1/3. It wasn’t my first choice, but my husband was craving chicken parmesan and we didn’t feel like driving into the city.
The restaurant wasn’t very busy for a Saturday night. We were seated within about 5 minutes and placed our orders right away. When the food came out, my husband’s order was incorrect. He ordered chicken parmesan, but the Tour of Italy was brought out instead. He doesn’t eat lasagna, so the dish was taken back since it was the restaurant’s mistake.
By the time his correct order arrived, my son and I were almost finished eating. My husband was excited to finally eat, but after the third or fourth bite, he noticed the chicken tasted chewy and off. When he looked closer, the center of the chicken was still raw and undercooked.
He immediately informed the waiter and asked to speak with a manager. The kitchen manager came out, apologized, removed the item from the bill, and offered to remake the dish. However, at that point my husband was understandably upset. He is immunocompromised due to medication he takes for medical reasons, so serving undercooked chicken is a serious health concern.
While we appreciate the apology, this situation should never have happened. I truly hope the kitchen staff is retrained and that proper food safety practices such as using a food thermometer are consistently followed to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

On October 22, my mother turned 100 years old. Olive Garden doesn’t take reservations but when I called them and said my mother wanted to celebrate 100 years on this earth at the Olive Garden, they accommodated us and made reservations. when we arrived the table was all set up. They put us back in a private area where we would not bother anyone. Chase was our server. He met all of our of our needs and even more. our food arrived in a timely fashion and was hot. when our soup was gone, he kept on refilling it for us and the same with the salad. We sat and talked for over four hours, and they kept on refilling our water and they were very kind to us and my hundred-year-old mother. They helped us get her in and out of the restaurant which can be a challenge sometimes when you’re dealing with someone at that age.

Betsy is one of the best servers I ever had at a restaurant. The food was decent. The service was top notch. The drink was way to sugary and she brought me a new one and a glass of water too water it down and asked me if I wanted to change the drink. She did warn me that a lot people said the drink was real sweet and she was right. Thank you Betsy for the A+ service. It’s hard to find good service anymore

Ok, it’s technically a fast food chain, restaurant style. However, their food is delicious. I had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and it was large and delicious. It’s essentially two meals. Breadsticks and salad always good. Service was great (thanks, Brooke) and super fast. Their black tie mousse cake is also delicious. Would visit again.

We went to dinner tonight at Olive Garden, and once again it was a wonderful experience. As always, the food was good. Our service tonight was outstanding. Grant was warm, polite, and friendly. He provided excellent service and made us feel that it truly was a pleasure for him to serve us.

Same delicious Italian food. Not as authentic but it comes close.
We arrived during peak hours of 5-7pm. The wait time was 25-30mins which isn’t too bad for a family of 4.
It was raining so the waiting area was crowded instead of the usual gathering of outside.
Menu hasn’t changed for awhile so I think it’s overdue. Time to revamp the menu a little.
Location is super convenient. Sits along side of route 309 Southbound side. Traffic is always busy.
Staff was very patient and friendly. Communicated well of the waiting period.
Service was superb considering it was a full house.
Cleanliness was good.
Prices are excellent for the large portions they give.
One negative thing my 12yr old and 5yr old granddaughter was that the kids menu changed and it’s not as fun as the one before.
Overall it was still nice and good food.

It’s been a very long while since we have been to an Olive Garden, that being said, it was refreshing to see some new menu items and the quality of the food, soup, and service remain consistently high on our visit.
Nick was our waiter for the night and did an excellent job!
The zuppa toscana Is my go to soup which again was delicious as always. The Alfredo sauce was good although it would have been nice to have a bit more sauce on the plate so I wasn’t eating just noodles.
The tortellini Alfredo is absolutely packed with cheesy flavor! Which is a great option for those who are cheese aficionados!
Finally ended the night with the zepolli with the raspberry sauce and they are still undefeated!
This a great food option and very close location for those staying at the nearby Marriott hotel!

Nice Italian restaurant! The restaurant looks upgraded and the food taste good. The customer service was very good and fast! Definitely I will go back to try their other dishes. Great place for gatherings! Gluten free options as well as pasta!

I have been coming to this restaurant for years now, it’s always been a pleasure coming here! I have never had a bad experience, but during my time tonight here I will NEVER be coming back.
The waiter who was serving my table, her name was Serina H. Was extremely rude to my family and I tonight. She made my time here at olive garden extremely un pleasant. I had a 40$ gift card to Olive Garden, she comes back all nervous to ask if we needed anything before we were about to leave and She never gave me my gift card back or my receipt. I asked her if I could please have my card and receipt back it took her maybe a half hour to come back with it, to me finding out there was nothing left on the gift card? My meal was 11$. I was beyond mad, this women did something with my gift card, I go to speak to the manger about it who just shrugs me off and tells me it’s a problem I need to deal with and put the wrong amount on the card? Absolutely ridiculous… I have a receipt that clearly shows there was 40$ on the card. I am in shock and don’t even know how to handle this situation. But regardless this women should be fired, no one should have to deal with this while trying to have a nice time out to eat with a family. Do better Olive Garden.

I love Olive garden! We got there and didn’t have to wait we were seated immediately. We had great service. I love their salad and breadsticks and my main entree was the stuffed chicken marsala and My friend had the steak and fettuccine and they were both delicious. All in all an excellent dining experience and that’s why I keep going back!
