Customer service was great even with the language barrier. Our server did a really good job even though we didn’t speak Spanish. The food and atmosphere were equally good as well. For non locals…the restaurant is one the side different from the bar at the front.

El Limón is an informal place where you can eat or snack tasty an affordable dishes.. great and friendly service. You can eat inside or just sit and relax in the outside tables. Usually crowded, but rapid service !! Near Punta Santiago reserve in Humacao..
Went back for another visit on Sunday, sept 3.. a party of about 20 friends.. This time went to the restaurant…. Air conditioned, simple decor , but the food was really exceptional !!!! See for yourself those tasty dishes. Very affordable and well presented. Tata was a gracious host.
Highly recommended.

Another interesting food spot in Puerto Rico. Food was ok with large portions, good drinks . Outdoor spot so make sure the weather is good.

A must when you are visiting the east side of Puerto Rico. Deep fried empanadas are great, everything is hand made. They have many flavors to choose, octopus, shrimp, beef, chicken and many more. All are delicious, my favorite is beef empanadas and octopus empanadas. Fresh and flavorful.

The young lady was friendly and personable. We were not impressed with the food. We stopped for lunch . We ordered the fried chicken and rice. The chicken was cold and you can tell it was done much earlier in the day. The octopus salad was a decent amount. But was not cooked well it was hard and chewy. We had a chicken empanada that was good.

The service was pretty good. I liked our server. But the meat on one of their dishes was very much overcooked. It was more like jerkey than the meat you’d expect from a restaurant.

Amazing local spot for great food. We got the snapper and the skirt steak and both were fantastic. I’ve had snapper (chilleno) in many places in Puerto Rico and this was by far the best.
It looks like a walkup window, but you can also find a seat and the staff will come to you with a food menu. While knowing Spanish would be helpful here, it wasn’t a barrier.
I forgot to get a picture of the main dishes but the cake was great too.

There are so many locations like this in PR. A nice spot for a quick snack & drink. They even have old school table & chairs.

Great place! We ate our dinners mostly there. I like the octopus salad and red snapper with rice and beans. Also sweet plantains are great, they don’t have them every day though. Passion fruit juice and $4 margaritas are also good.

Food was good, service inside the restaurant was average and extremely noisy due to live music outside and it was difficult to have a conversation in the table due to the noise.
