Was shopping ️ in PA with the granddaughter. I allowed her to choose our dinner location and she decided on Olive Garden! It was a bit crowded when we arrived but thinned out after a bit. Our waiter Eric was so very nice, attentive and helpful. We chose the salad and bread sticks. I selected the chicken parmesan with fettuccini Alfredo and added broccoli . She ordered chicken Alfredo added broccoli . Although we had to take a to go tray we still ordered the delicious looking strawberry shortcake to go to share. Sorry I didn’t take pictures your meals but I did get one of the salad . If you’re in the Wilkes Barre area stop in I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!

We arrived at Olive Garden at 7 p.m. on a Friday night, and had an approximate 15-20 minute wait before being seated. The restaurant was offering free meals to veterans on Veterans Day, which may explain the wait. Nevertheless, we decided to wait, and the staff contacted me through a text message.

Walls have scribbles, cushions of booths have never been removed to be cleaned, filled with utensils, crayons, food and filth. Food is always good. Plates are extremely too hot and ironically enough the food is warm at best. Prices are high just like everywhere else. Great time to be a server. I was there with 3 other people and left a tip of $18. Was there for 45 min. And the place was packed. He made out very well. But with my lasagna barely even warm, my choice next time will not be here.

Olive Garden treats you to way over priced frozen and canned food. Honestly, not worth your money and time. We arrive told 5 minutes, after 20 and 10 other groups that came in after use we got seated. 12.99 for dried pasta and a sauce that came in a can is not from scratch is out ravenous. It’s like 1.75 for it and upchard for a name. I got meatballs that were frozen and tasted like a freezer. The made from scratch Alfredo has flour and milk in it not 163.just cheese and heavy cream. It has a weird mouth feel and was not flavorful at all. If you say one thing and deliver something different it’s bait and switch. The service was not bad just slow, you can’t have 8 tables and treat people like family. Management looks at a tablet and walks around but when needed is gone. When you finally get one they offer you a 75 cent piece of dessert they overcharge for. They want you to check out on a zosk, sorry I pay cash and never got a receipt. The wait staff is never happy unless you get an upscale, or alcoholic drink. Family means sober, real cooking not reheat and go, reasonable prices families can afford, and attitude that you are here to make any occasion special. 5 people cost us $163.00 plus 32.00 tip for food worth less than half. Sad how they take advantage of people. I contacted Olive Garden guest support that said we all have off days, give us a chance to make it up. Not t at these prices. We went to an Italian Restaurant in Avoca, got the same thing and paid 65.00 with much better service and real not frozen food.

My god i cannot express how horrible this experience was! First our waitress was absolutely MISERABLE, was rude and barely checked on our table,second my mother got coffee and the waitress didnt get the creamer she asked for, she actually asked twice and didnt get it, third she gave my father soda with a COASTER IN IT. How do you not realize theres a coaster in a glass before you put ice or even the drink in? its pure neglect at that point. Overall experience was absolutely horrendous and i wish i could rate one star:/
