My wife and myself are at this location last night. We both got The never-ending pasta bowls. She got the rigatoni with marinara, and I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.
My wife’s dish was cold in the center.
My dish had hard lumped up noodles that were cold, and obviously not fully cooked. The waiter got me a new serving, which came out with only two little pieces of chicken and was still hard and clumped up.
Upon speaking with the manager, he informed us they are out of their regular noodles and had to go to Walmart for more. He offered to make my food for me to go. I accepted his offer this morning. I opened the food to find out they gave me no chicken.
Our waiter was great and tried to fix our meal. But the overall quality of the food was terrible.

I went here for my birthday on March 3rd. Food was amazing. Sadly I can’t give a 5 starr because I felt that service was little off but it only happened once. I did reach out. (NO PLANS TO GET ANYONE IN TROUBLE) and they did indeed go above and beyond to fix it. I will still always go here.
Food wise, they do an amazing job on the food. Props to whoever cooked that night around 4pm. You did a really good job.

This is your typical Olive Garden chain because of that you know what to expect. I remember when we had to drive an hour to get to an Olive Garden so getting one closer made it much easier to go to one. I have never been disappointed at this Olive Garden. I wish they would bring the manicotti back, I was really disappointed when they stopped serving it. The shrimp and chicken carbonara is my new favorite meal at Olive Garden. The salad and bread sticks complete the meal. Service here is good most of the time but the last time I was there with a group of 8 we had a really good server.

My food is consistently good, however, with each of the two times, I have been here, I seem to have been neglected for quite some time before I was assigned a waitress. It seems this may be an issue with shift change and waitress hand off. This is an issue that really needs to be addressed by management so that future customers do not feel abandoned.

I can’t believe how amazing our food was. For a chain restaurant, this location is SO good. Great service and better food. Try the Alfredo sauce, it will not disappoint!

On Saturday December 20th 2025. My father decided to treat our entire family to Olive garden for Christmas. Our waitress Sadey was by far the best server I’ve ever encountered in my life. She went above and beyond took special time with my nephew even took him to go get the trays when she went to go get the food. She made him feel incredibly special and included on top of making sure we got everything we needed in a timely. This location was able to accommodate nine people within a matter of minutes. The food was phenomenal the service was the best ever out of any restaurant I’ve ever been to and the table placement was cool cuz we were in our own little like cubby hole which is almost like a room. I sent an email to the corporate company but they don’t seem to care to compliment their employees or give feedback so I’ll personally be calling the store to share my wonderful experience since the corporate office doesn’t give a damn.

During lunch time a teenage male host had seated me and my girlfriend at a table with parmesan cheese and left over bread crumb pieces all over the table. I was shocked the host was content on keeping us there. I don’t know of he did not care or if he was just following orders. I had to tell him “The table is dirty man can we please be seated somewhere clean” There was one waitress working the whole section who was overwhelmed and made it very apparent. The soups were luke warm as well as the bread sticks. The only reason I did not give one star…the waitress was trying her best to do her job.
