Moved back home recently and this became our local Jack’s. We had an order with some issues early on and they went out of their way to correct everything above and beyond the mistake that was made. I was really impressed with how much they seem to genuinely care about their service and the product they’re sending out. Usually I’m the type to not say anything and just not return after a service issue but I’m glad I spoke up this time. Management and crew are doing a great job here and all of our return visits have been satisfying with regards to price, product quality, and service. Keep up the great work!

I stop here regular on my way back to Pensacola. My meal didn’t meat my expectations, so I reached out to management using the online form. I was promptly contacted by the GM and given a replacement meal the next time I’m in the area.
Although it was an off day, I still love Jacks! Great customer service by the area GM!

Passing through and needed a good supper. This Jacks location was awesome. The manager and the girl that ran the register were so nice to us. The store was very clean and everything was just great for us. Hands down one of the best Jacks restaurants in the state.

We had not been to Jacks before. We ordered the merry meal. The burger was perfectly made and accurate with our customization. The fries were hot and crispy. The nuggets were warm handed to cool territory. We still ate it all

They have a lady working the front named Stephanie, she is so slow that she messes the whole flow up. It’s so very slow I hate to go in there. I have been a customer here for years. It has only recently gotten like this. But I think if they replace Stephanie it would get back on track.

I was here around 6:35pm. The girl with red hair was putting fries in to cook, touching food to put it in bags, and touching her ears and face. No gloves. Also, no hair nets. Employees talking to each other and not working.

Went through drive though on 7/26 at 3:40 asked for a kids cheeseburger, i asked for bbq sauce & received chicken tenders and NO BBQ SAUCE… please listen more carefully and serve the correct food.

Not sure what has happened to this Jacks. Customer Service is now terrible. They now prioritize drive through over people that want to dine in. Went in and every employee was work on getting the drive through orders complete while a line of people inside waiting to place orders being completely ignored.
