This was a great place for Valentines day dinner with the kids. The cooks and staff were on top of everything and our server Abby was amazing. She was following up every few minutes getting us taken care of. Food was hot, on point and delicious. We did have an issue with the overcooked Calamari appetizer, but they comped us after eating just 2 and realizing they just were toooo crispy. The Alfredo and Mac and cheese was really good though.
Only conflict was the men’s restroom was a bit nasty and needs a better cleaning.

I like to eat at Olive Garden from time to time but almost always go with take out since I’m more often than not dining alone.
However I decided to try dining in solo a couple of times, mainly for the unlimited salad and breadsticks… and I just have to say that both times the service was excellent! A lot of places will treat you oddly if you’re a solo diner (possibly because they assume you won’t tip well due to a smaller order), however both of the servers I had over the past two weeks have not only done an incredible job but also made sure to make me feel welcome and did not rush me at all. Can’t wait to go back again!

Haven’t been to Olive Garden in forever! Breadsticks were not as buttery/garlicky as I remembered… salad was a little too drenched with dressing. Server was great and polite. Welcomed right away with iced water. Even asking for restroom, another server escorted me to the obscure location in the restaurant. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs lunch special. Nothing extraordinary but filling enough. The traditional glorious cheese addition on our meals was awesome. Slight difficulty in paying our bill but it all worked out well. Very affordable.

We eat at Olive Garden quite frequently. I took my mom and my youngest daughter to Olive Garden for lunch for their birthdays. They both share a birthday so we like to have lunch on that special day. And we’ve always had a great experience until this time. The waitress was absolutely horrible. The three of us ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks like we usually do. But this waitress brought our soup at the same time she brought the salad. I think common sense would dictate to allow us some time to eat our salad before bring in the soup. Bringing the soup at the same time as bringing our salad would make the soup cold by the time we got to eat it. The waitress told me it was a policy to bring the soup and the salad at the same time. I know this is a lie because I’ve eaten at Olive Garden a lot over the past 15-20 years, and I have never had a soup be brought out at the same time as the salad. And it seems like, because I said something to the waitress that the rest of our time there she completely neglected everything from bringing more breadsticks to our drinks being refilled. It was just an overall awful experience. She even asked if we wanted to have to go cups for our drinks and we all said yes, but she only brought one for my mom and daughter and deliberately didn’t bring one for me. I still gave her a tip, even though she deserved nothing! I am more than likely not going to go back to that restaurant. I will drive the distance to go somewhere else with better service.

Went here with the fam back in 2016. Food was delicious! Waiter was really nice and thoughtful. I’d love to return for another visit, but I live in a different state. Anyway, thank you for the memories!

It has been a while since I’ve been at the Olive Garden in Chambersburg Pennsylvania I love their chicken gnocchi soup but today my soup was all broth no chicken and no gnocchi. The waitress then brought me a second bowl and it was not hot ask for manager. She brought out another Bowl one piece of chicken in one piece of gnocchi. Even though she took the mill off my bill it will be a while before I go back.

I wish that I could remember our servers name because he was outstanding. In fact all the servers seemed to be young kids but with that said their training might have been outstanding because they all seemed very attentive to their assigned tables. We wanted for nothing. Everything was refilled and done without us asking. Very efficient staff and food was done exceptionally well!

Happy Birthday to Julia. Took my daughter here for her birthday. Her choice. On arrival we asked for a booth and they hooked us up with a big one in the corner which being a family of 4 gave us plenty of room to enjoy our meal. I also asked if they did anything for birthdays to which they said you get a free dessert which is cool but we decided against it because we were taking her out for birthday dessert, we were hoping for a happy birthday serenade but Olive Garden is a respectable establishment and we did not want to disturb the other customers lol. Delaney our server however made it a most enjoyable experience. She kept us supplied with warm bread sticks, cold ice tea and plenty of shredded cheese for our entrees. She also had a wonderful demeanor and a great attitude which is not easy when you have to look at your customers through a mask all day. The food was great, hot and very tasty, what more could you ask for. Thanks Olive Garden and especially Delaney for giving my family, specifically my daughter a wonderful birthday meal.
Happy anniversary to my lovely wife, 13 wonderful years together and we are to the point now where we are taking our children with us for our anniversary dinners lol. Second time at this particular Olive Garden location and second great time and good food partly thanks to Emma our server who was great at her job, very polite, attentive and brought us all of our food hot and in a hurry. This place now seems to be quickly be becoming our family’s new celebratory restaurant lol. Thanks one more time Olive Garden and staff.
