It can be a hit or miss. This time was a hit! Our waitress was very attentive. She even packed our leftovers for us instead of handing the boxes to us, that was a nice touch. Only disappointment is, I wish I would’ve got her name so I can request her again, I’ll just look for her next time so I know for sure we get the same great service! She was wonderful! Chicken parmigiana, shrimp scampi lunch portions were plenty! Thank you Olive Garden for a great lunch w my family! Update, there again and wonderful service and food! Plus free dessert for my birthday! Nice touch!

although it appears to be a chain restaurant, it doesn’t present as one. i like the dim atmosphere with comfortable booths and Italian decorations. i from an Italian family which blows OG’s food out of existence, however compared to most other Italian (Americanized restaurants) it’s food is much closer to genuine Italian food. If you aren’t big in eating large portions of carbs, you can eat soup and never ending salad which are both absolutely delicious and healthy, and you will leave full and satisfied and it won’t break the back. try the pasta fagioli.

Came this afternoon because there were two cars in the parking lot and wanted to grab some quick lunch before running errands. Needless to say, we were there almost 2 hours. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever been apart of. Our waitress would take our order for DRINKS and be gone for 15-25 minutes. We were one of the only tables there! What the heck!

We had a great dinner with drinks from the bar. Hostess was nice, as was our waitress. She was informative with answers to our questions of the menu and quick with the service! The fried mozzarella was exceptionally good! As were the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and the shrimp Alfredo!! I added the spiked strawberry lemonade which was delicious even tho it didn’t look quite as pretty as the picture on the menu!! We left very satisfied and happy with everything!!

Food was perfect and served quickly. I chose the shrimp scampi from the lunch size menu. 5 perfectly cooked shrimp on a bed of what looked to be over a cup of angel hair Pasta and sprinkled with dice tomatoes, and asparagus. Perfect size for lunch.

I always liked coming here with me dates, I always had a good experience but the other day I went in it was awful. We walked in and was greeted, we got sat down on one those booths that only fit 2 people it was little busy, but there were seats that was open. We did not complain though. As we are waiting 5-10 mins goes by no waiter came up to us. After he finally decided to come to our table the vine and the personality of the sever was not there, it felt like they did not wanted us to be there I mean my date was black and I am Asian with neck tattoos so they immediately judged us I guess. He got our drinks order, we put the order in for appetizers. 10 mins or so goes by we still haven’t gotten our drink or the breadsticks lol, it’s funny the appetizers was brought to us by a different person and we still haven’t had our drinks. So I kindly told the girl that brought out appetizers that we are gonna leave since we haven’t even gotten our drinks yet. She laughed at us and did not even do anything to make it right. I am a general manager for a restaurant. This was unacceptable and inappropriate I have never experienced this anywhere I went. I was gonna ask for the manger but drives to just leave cuz it did not feel welcoming. I’ll be calling the store tomorrow to talk about this experience so hopefully it don’t happen to other people. Very disappointed!
