The food was very good. Our server was one of the best we have ever had there. I still.stay away from their nothing but tomatoe chunk red sauce. Went with a steak and pasta combo. Very good. The new seasonal menu almost broke me. So many delicious options. Next time for sure!

I went here yesterday with a friend, and it was a great experience! The waitress brought our food and drinks to us really fast, and got us seated right away. I highly recommend the Angel Hair pasta with Alfredo sauce. This place is great for family gatherings!

But I have a question, since when did they stop giving correct change.. this is the 2nd time when I paid in cash and never got the change..

But the service next to us was outstanding. At the end of the meal I had to ask the table next to us what their waitress name was but he forgot. So at the end I had to ask her. Her name is ZOE.
If you go to Olive garden in Lakewood, ask for Zoe. She was awesome and I dont say that often. She went above and beyond her duties. She was patient, polite, tried to accommodate an indecisive young girl, and took about 3 trips to get them the best deal on the food she wanted. It was so nice to hear her explain the different options in the food and then come back and say you get more bang for your buck doing it this way. I would say give her a raise. She even grabbed the dirty dishes from my table( and shot glass) while they sung Happy birthday to my son. Might only go back if she is working and wait for how ever long to sit in her section. It was so refreshing to hear someone actually give outstanding service and care about her customers. Thank you ZOE…

I had a group of 16-20, which became a group of 24. A mix up of groups, (both named Jeff, and both bowling groups) caused a bit of confusion, but only briefly. The front desk and GM snapped to attention, after a brief reconnoiter, set up for us quickly in another room. Amazing staff, amazing general manager – we were super impressed. A couple minutes extra wait.
Ordering and paying was done with multiple checks (always a pain for wait staff), but our two employees took it in stride, with joyful attitudes, smiles on their faces, with alacrity and professionalism.
Great service with our cake and candles delivery, with forks and small plates. I made the birthday girl her favorite cake, and we all passed, for a quick distribution.
Guests mentioned their food was tasty and delicious, with substantial portions.
I have never had a group reservation and service go better. Perfect evening.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Lakewood OG for a big group. Amazing service.

Always enjoy dining in. But most of my encounters are takeouts/take out and 8 of 10 orders Are messed up in someway from not having an extra dressings to messed up meals such as chicken fettuccine not having chicken or chicken in Italy is so tough and other orders being messed up most recent was no chicken and a chicken fettuccine which I had two orders of one was correct one wasn’t even the top was labeled correctly. I made a phone call and was only reimbursed half my order for that particular meal if I didn’t lift 30 minutes from Olive Garden, I would’ve just drove up there for the replacement they offered, but it seems like these encounters are happening more frequently. !

DI-VINE and the chicken, that our lovely server Thomas recommended was absolutely TO DIE FOR. Would go back just to see this lovely young man again. He was so sweet we’ll be seeing him again Friday on his next shift to give him a little extra pocket money hope he doesn’t spend it all in one place!
