We ordered take out through the app. I selected the Greece location 3 times but somehow my order was sent to Henrietta. I arrived for pickup with no order waiting and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Quickly made our order. Gave me a free ice tea. Chatted and laughed with me the whole time. I just wanna say my mom had an medical emergency and the staff at Olive Garden on West Ridge Road in Rochester, NY was absolutely amazing yesterday. The General manager, Jennifer, had an nursing background and quickly jumped in to assist after an neighboring table got the staffs attention for me. Also shout out to the man and his wife for leaving their dinner to get help and assist me with my mom until the paramedics came. I felt so supported by Jennifer and her staff, literally everyone at Olive Garden came over to see if I needed anything. & they even went as far as to give me food to go which they didn’t have to do. It was such an scary moment to go through alone yet they made sure I didn’t feel alone but supported

Our waitress was amazing so I can’t rate service lower, however I called and was put on a waiting list. We checked in with the host and sat down and waited about 20 minutes and I received a text saying our table was ready and to check in with the host. She acknowledged my text and said they were just wiping it down and them proceeded to seat 3 groups ahead of us. When I went up and asked about our table again she told me that there was no one on the list under my name. We waited another 40 minutes or so before a different hostess came and fixed the problem. Normally I would have walked out but it was my mom’s birthday and it was where she wanted to go. Food was fine but alfredo is a little bland compared to everything else.

We had a great waitress, who took our order without writing it down, and we received everything perfectly. She checked on us often to see if we needed anything. The food was awesome, and everything was cooked exactly how we liked it. The portions were very generous, we had to get to-go containers for what we couldn’t finish. Our waitress asked us if we would like refills on our drinks and any dessert. My friend wanted a refill on her drink but I didn’t need a refill on mine. We thanked her and declined to get dessert because we were too full. We definitely will come back again soon.
