The service here is great but the only thing i liked about my meal was my main entree and the drink i got. The cheese ravioli was delicious as well as the sparkling drink that i tried but everything else was not very good. The employees are very attentive and hard working at this location. And me and my friend went at a busy time but we still got our food quickly. We didn’t have to wait for very long. The pumpkin cheesecake was also very good. I didn’t want to rate it lower than 3 stars because this location is not all bad but still some room for improvement for sure. Henrietta is better than this one tbh. (When it comes to the food). The breadsticks we got were kinda cold too.

My family and I dined at the Olive Garden in Greece NY on Friday, February 20th for dinner to celebrate my Mom’s 94th birthday. We did not have a good experience at all because of the following. We waited approximately 25 minutes for a waiter to even greet us at our table. Once he arrived, he stated he was not aware that he even had this table. He took our order, which included drinks, meals and salad for all. Approximately another 20 minutes went by and our dinner arrived. However, our drinks and salad never were brought out. There was a total of 4 adults, and together we ordered three ravioli dinners and one spaghetti and meatballs plate. When our dinner arrived, there was an extra ravioli dinner. We did not have a good experience having our dinner arrive before our salads and drinks. We asked to speak to a manager, who did come over and presented us with two $15 gift cards and one $35 gift card for future use. While this was a nice gesture, we felt it was not the most appropriate form of compensation. Instead, we feel he should have reduced our bill for the poor service. Our bill was for $104.59. In addition, when our bill came, the bill was wrong, as it contained an extra ravioli meal. Once again, we had to ask to speak to the manager. It was my Mom’s choice to go to the Olive Garden to celebrate her birthday, and we did not expect to encounter such poor service.

All of the food was a little subpar to be honest, but the entrée was absolutely inexcusable. The chicken we cut into was completely raw. I would not recommend eating here.

Server was super nice. Food was ok, but we got several of the gross chunk ends of the heads of lettuce. Biggest complaint is our glasses were so dirty I could feel the grit on them, and the beer had stuff floating in it that looked like fish food, so the tap lines clearly have not been cleaned in a while.

terrible experience. came here for a my birthday dinner, have been sitting here for two hours with little to no attention. all food came out cold. kids meal was forgotten and not received until everyone was done eating. when we asked for a manager they were not at all apologetic and seemed annoyed that we were there. lack of professionalism and management clearly doesnt care to fix anything. bathrooms are disgustingly wet and smelly. 0/10 recommended

Met up with some girlfriends for our monthly lunch date. Our server was Kris (with a K) and hands down, he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Not only was he friendly with a great personality, but we never ran out of anything while we were there. I had the watermelon Moscato Sangria and it was amazing!

Excellent experience! Lori F was really nice, very on top of things. And Mike was a lifesaver! I left my laptop behind and he was quick enough to get it to me before I left the place. It’s been a long, draining work day (and I’m not done!) so having someone have my back like that is priceless. Impeccable customer service!

Food is excellent, Server was exceptional, wait time was a little too long for my likely and I’m a very patient person.
I would have given a 5 star review however our wait was just too long. We waited 45 mins after being told 20 minutes.
Had we not been celebrating a very important birthday or I personally would have left.
My only suggestion is to make a ghost kitchen for pick up orders and leave the restaurant kitchen to ones who actually want to dine in. In my opinion I’m sure this will help the wait and most likely the staff/cooks as well.

We went for my daughter’s 22nd birthday, my husband got the Tour of Italy and hated everything but the chicken for the chicken parm, presentation looked like they just through the food on his plate, he loved the salad. My daughter and I both got Chicken Alfredo which was actually pretty good. The Zuppa Toscana soup was fairly decent also. I feel like for as much as we spent the food should have been excellent not just fairly decent.

Our server William was very attentive! He was extremely patient with my mom who is particular with ordering. He was generous with my toddler as well offering to bring her soup. All of our food was excellent!!
