Been to this location many times. Never had any complaints about the service! The wait times are always reasonable. Came here on the Sunday before Memorial Day and it was expected that there would be limited staff. We were seated by the bar area and served by the bartender, Tico. He was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. My family and I appreciated his willingness to go out of his way, even being the only server in that area. Very happy with the service that night.

The food in this place is awesome as nd the atmosphere is quiet and serene – much like I’m sure you would envision if you were invited to a dinner party at a villa in the Italian countryside. Bella! In perhaps fifty visits, the service has been excellent. It seemed obvious that wait staff was very well trained. However, on our most recent visit there were some huge gaffs; embarrassing questions spoken across the dining room in front of other guests, taking a bowl of salad from our table and giving it to another, unrelated couple at their table, and a lack of complete order taking leading to errors in the meals that were delivered. The problem was compounded when, after the meal, I specifically asked the hostess to have the manager of training call me (left a business card) and I never received a call or email. The food is so good – and the service 98% of the time was so excellent – I’m willing to forgive this anomaly, but I’m disheartened by the fact that I never received a call when I made such a concerted effort.

He’s the bomb when it comes to taking care of his customers. Just to note that we had just left Olive Garden in New Britain after the server there spilled a frozen strawberry daquiris all over my husband. My friend and I went to Olive Garden and had a great experience. We were greeted and seated at our table right away. Our server came over soon after and took our drink and dinner order. Soon after that our salad and breadsticks came. The salad was fresh and the server loaded it as much parmesan cheese as we wanted, breadsticks hot, fresh and soft. For our main course we both got the seafood fettuccine alfredo and oh my goodness was it delicious. Everything in it tasted great. Price was reasonable. We had a very nice experience here overall. So if your craving a nice pasta dish Olive Garden is the place to go!

We went for a late lunch, very slow inside, Friday 3pm ish. We walked in and there was a female server on her sitting on her phone to the left, women on the phone with a customer helping someone, a server behind her standing and two male servers on their phones sitting to the right all when we walked in. I was able to look at each person, not one of them greeted or said “hello, one minute” or offered any acknowledgment. My husband started to ask one of the servers playing on their phone to the right if we could have a seat. The server placed his phone toward his face like he was busy. At this point my mind was made up, I did not want to provide this place any money nor did I want to give any of the servers my money. I work very hard for my money, and in this economy.. pass We went to the Artesian Burger place, which had a great happy hour, all in the same plaza. They greeted and welcomed us immediately. 10/10 recommend going there instead.
