I had the stuffed chicken Marsala. I believe the chicken was stuffed with pecorino Romano and Parmesan but mine was a burnt patty not stuffed inside a chicken breast and tasted/looked like Thanksgiving stuffing and nothing like cheese. Our server was great.

Olive Garden, in Augusta, has really gone downhill.
Our family has always enjoyed a trip to OG, and never had a bad experience until yesterday.
We stopped in to have lunch on our way to a wrestling meet.
It took a long time to get our drinks.
When my salad came, it was loaded with onions (I had requested no onions).
We weren’t given plates for our bread and had to ask more than once. We had to ask for cheese on our soup and salad a while after it was delivered.
It took almost an hour and a half for our food (2 adults and 1 kid). When our food arrived, it wasn’t even hot. My manicotti barely had any sauce on it. We ended up boxing out meals and ended up being late for wrestling.
Our server was polite, but not efficient.
All around it wasn’t a great experience.
We probably won’t go again, unfortunately.
I understand everyone is struggling with staffing, but it was really disappointing to have such a negative experience.

This was my son’s choice for where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner. He is Autistic and was turning 32. They made him feel great! The food was exactly what we wanted, the way we wanted. Great family night out!

ToGo order. We had to wait for assistance at the ToGo desk to pick up order, while there were employees at the host desk. We ordered shrimp scampi & seafood alfredo, with pasta fagioli and breadsticks.Seafood & pasta were cooked perfectly but both dishes lacked sauce, making them very dry. Pasta fagioli was delicious. Breadsticks were dry & flavorless

Had a 4 top dinner here after the Water St Christmas Tree Lighting. The food was great. Standard Olive Garden consistency. The restaurant wasn’t packed and we got right in. Waitress wasn’t the most friendly.

We have come to Olive Garden more times than we can count. However, this is the first time at this exact location. It look a little longer than usual to get the entrees but it was worth the wait!! It was wonderful! We had minestrone, salad, breadsticks with marina, Mac and cheese, fries, coffee, and fettuccini Alfredo.
Everything was delicious. The entire place was very clean. Bathrooms very clean.

Had to make the trip here so I can bring back memories of when Olive Garden was in Canada . Great food here and portion sizes very good . Had to take food back to hotel as it was more than I could handle . I will be coming back when I’m down that way again.

Great bread, great salad, great appetizers, kitchen hadn’t informed front of house of being out of spinach dip, chicken parm had what tasted like very old chicken, spaghetti with the chicken parm was good, kids pizza was burnt on bottom (we would have reported this to front of house but our child took it takeout after filling on salad and appetizer.
