Don’t bother with takeout here, it has consistently been a ripoff.
Tonight my wife and I ordered Chicken Parm takeout and our pasta had z.e.r.o. sauce on it (see pic). No reasonable person would look at this and think “yeah, the customer will be satisfied with this!”
Last pick-up the food was wrong and items missing. Manager promised a gift card to make up for it but never sent it, so very poor service recovery.
Takeout dishes are generally small, not fresh, and are frequently inaccurate.
Dine-in quality is fine but super slow service. Especially if you order unlimited soup salad and breadsticks they try and wait you out. I’ve come here since I was a kid and this location is a pale shadow of what it once was.

Amazing experience with the hostesses and Manager Nicholas! We were trying to squeeze in a quick dinner before heading to a movie. There was nine of us and it was prime dinner time. They were so accommodating and I could see how hard they were working to try and find a decent spot for us as we were four adults and five kids! Logan was also very helpful in part of the coordinating and friendly when he stopped by our table. Our waitress Gabby was wonderful and so great and patient with the kids!!! Obviously, the food was delicious.. did not disappoint!! Excellent experience overall, helped us to get to our movie on time!!

The waitress is a ture asset to this olive garden .right on point making the experience a wonderful place to meet up with family that came to the area for work that we haven’t seen in a long time the addition of the fabulous food and the great service of the waitress. And the managers attention making sure that we were satisfied with everything. A wonderful time was had by all. I highly recommend this location.

I had the BEST birthday experience. From booking a reservation, I was greeted with the happiest voice. To having the BEST waitress (SiSi). We had a large party and the service was flawless. The entire staff was so friendly and made me feel so special. I would recommend this Olive Garden to anyone! Thank you for such a memorable birthday!

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in years. (I’m not a big fan of Italian food.) I went with family, and had a lovely experience. Our server, Jason, was awesome, friendly, quick, great sense of humor. He went out of his way to answer questions about ingredients and substitutions. The music was very quiet, the lighting was just right. Our food came out quickly, and exactly right, even with our requested changes. We were there on a Sunday, around 3 pm, as a party of 5, and had just a 5 minute wait.

I had the tour of Italy which a great lasgna pasta Alfredo and chicken parm. All very tasty. My wife had the children parm meal and was quite happy. The meal comes with a choice of soup or bread sticks and salad. I went with the chicken gnocchi soup which was excellent. My wife did the salad and bread sticks and they brought extra so she shared. Met a friend for lunch today, words can’t describe how RUDE the server and or bartender was! The name on our slip read Katrina.
Katrina, when you are working for tips, try being nice to your customers. We were simply asking her questions and she was clearly bothered and annoyed every time we opened our mouths. (Not to mention the look on her face if we tried to speak). We almost got up and left as we were eating the salad. AWFUL SERVICE.
