Came here with my family. We were seated they brought the salad out but we waited for like 30 minutes for utensils. Food was good though. Once the bill came out realized they charged us for an extra drink we didn’t have when I said something it took a long while to get the refund they had to refund my whole order then I had to pay the whole thing again it was just to much.

So I live only 10mins from this location- Love the soup & pasta so my family & I come often – MELANIE M WORST EVER!!! I gave a tip because it’s the right thing to do but omgggg we arrived at 7.40pm – & left at 9.50pm – 10mins before closing!!! We did not have utensils at the table for 30mins – Our drinks came at separate times 10mins apart – When the manager came to check in we had to request utensils from him to eat our salad! My daughters food was cold while my son’s plate was hot – My husband & I food was warm. The atmosphere was Very Cold as our waitress was listening to someone else complain about a table “in the back with a man requesting drinks when he did not finish the first two he had” Like Seriously???? I was highly upset – I will request someone other than Melanie M next time I arrive at this location & I suggest you do as well! Ridiculous amount of wait time – When it was time for us to leave – we requested four containers – she provided it with no bag – we had to request a bag from the bartender! When she arrived with the check she STOOD NEXT TO ME WHILE I WAS LOOKING INSIDE OF MY WALLET!!! I felt so humiliated!!! Never again! I also will be contacting management to complain about this women!!
