I came here yesterday 3.17.25 this is the second time I ever come into this location. The occasion was to take out my oldest daughter for her Birthday. I had not come back to this location since 2019 for my Daughter’s 19th Birthday.
But.. just as the first time I came, it was such a great time. I came in to celebrate my daughter, & granddaughter. The Restaurant very clean, well decorated and has really Great Staff from the Host to the Server and cooks.
I’d really like to thank Safirra(sorry if I misspelled your name) this girl was so attentive, Sweet, Friendly, Courteous, Kind and smiling. Safirra went above and beyond for my daughter and granddaughter and even myself around the clock making sure we tended to and that we were enjoying our food. As we ordered drinks as well she made sure we were satisfied I hope you guys know what an Asset & gem you have there!! Safirra also learned that my oldest daughter birthday was a couple days away and made the most amazing presentation of a dessert for her and brought 3 spoons for us to enjoy. Thank you so much OG & Safirra for taking the Time to celebrate my daughter being so Sweet to Us and going above and beyond & making this milestone one we won’t Ever forget Best OG Experience Yet!

I showed up with 2 friends, restaurant was vey slow and they made us wait 20 minutes with a bunch of empty tables that anyone could clearly see they were empty. Waitress were just talking and looking at us waiting. Terrible customer service at Marlborough location!

Olive Garden food is a nostalgic classic for our family and always hits the spot, but I felt compelled to review this specific location because of the fantastic service! Both the manager and our server were very attentive, friendly, and kind to our kids. We went during a busy time, and you would never have guessed how crowded it was based on the quality of their service.

We visited the location in Marlboro, on a Friday around 5pm, so not busy at all. We waited a long time to get our waters and salad. The food took a long time, and 2 dishes were incorrect and needed more time to prepare them again. The server kept giving us excuses.
The manager stepped in and helped minimize the inconvenience, she also gave us a credit in our final bill.
We do love coming to Olive Garden and will be back.

This was our first time going to Olive Garden and it was actually on the night of my birthday. From walk-in to walk-out, the service was absolutely impeccable. Even though we accidentally arrived almost a full 25 minutes before our reservation was due, they still welcomed us in with open arms.
Next, our server came up to our table and checked up on us with outmost hospitality. We let him know that I had a few food restrictions, namely allergies, and he was incredibly amenable to our needs. Whatever he didn’t know, he went out of his way to ask and find out. Olive Garden took so much care that the manager even came to our table personally and told us what foods I could safely enjoy.
As a result, I had a excellent experience and enjoyed myself from appetizer to main course! We ordered the fried mozzarella to start off with and I was honestly amazed at how crunchy and well fried it was, even without egg as a binder! I also had minestrone soup, as the rest of my family, and we all loved it. I was particularly happy about the breadsticks, especially because of the fact that while they were said to contain sesame online, in reality they didn’t! The Olive Garden manager told us that they modified the recipe to not have sesame anymore, and for that I am SO appreciative! Especially when I think about the sesame law that was recently passed—Olive Garden went the extra mile to ensure that all customers felt included and able to have their food.
All in all, I am beyond glad that I decided to go to Olive Garden on my birthday. I felt so celebrated and a valued customer at their restaurant. Not only were the staff knowledgeable and careful with my allergies, but Olive Garden also had a very useful allergen menu online. That way I had most of the information I needed at my fingertips. Overall, I loved the food, my parents, who are vegetarians and pescatarians, loved the food and it was a glowing experience. Thank you to our server, Donavan, the restaurant manager, and all of the people at Olive Garden for making our night memorable. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. And of course, I can’t forget the mints that we got at the end of our meal—I don’t eat mint and chocolate together as a rule, but Olive Garden’s mints are the one exception. Remarkable restaurant!

Gotta love the Garden. Haven’t been to a location in a long time and this specific restaurant felt like I was being reunited with an old friend I haven’t seen since the 2000s. They’ve got the classic Olive Garden Italian decor, a very clean dining room, but above all else an AMAZING group of people working here. When was the last time a manager stopped by your table while you were out to eat just to check in? I can name on one hand the amount of times this happened to me in the past 10 years and certainly none of them happened in Boston. The manager at this Garden stopped by twice and that attention and care was a really nice change of pace, something that feels rare these days. Thank you to our server and the staff for a delicious and great experience for our first time back to the chain in a long time. We’re Olive Heads again for sure and we’ll be back for more fettuccini soon.
