I have had several of their food options and they were all excellent. They make their own salsa and both the green and the red salsa are great. I suggested they should bottle and sell it. LOL the only reason I reduce the star is for the inconsistency of hours. They have posted the times that they will be open but there have been quite a few times when I went by there and it’s an hour later from when they’re supposed to be open and there’s no one there. We need to have consistency so people don’t go somewhere else. I would also suggest carrying some soda products.

I love stopping at the food truck on my way home from work. It’s makes my life happier when I don’t have to stop at a fast food drive thru but instead I can have delicious authentic Mexican food. The guys working in the truck are always super cool and friendly.
