Terrible experience. Was handed melted ice cream with toppings falling off the side. This picture is right after we paid and got back to the car nothing was ate yet. The “mix ins” were barely mixed in and upon sending a report to corporate I never even heard back. Not to mention the worker was rude, and the place was a mess.

My sister and I did not enjoy our experience. The interior sit down area was extremely warm. Being that it was 86⁰ outside, you would’ve thought that the air conditioning would be on full blast. It wasnt!!! Next, the ice cream itself. My sisters ice cream was barely formed, basically, it was melted and soupy. Almost drinkable, to better put it. My ice cream was icy and could barely taste it. Almost as if it were freezer burned. We will not be frequenting the establishment again

Got 2 quarts door dashed to me. They were not filled to the top. I emailed management and they lied and said they were full when they left the store. These come with the bag taped shut and you can feel the ice cream was not packed at all. The ice cream itself was good that’s why I gave 2 stars and not one.

The ice cream was very good however I am extremely unimpressed by the young worker’s lack or energy and any kid of positive attitude. I can’t say she was rude but not the kind of energy you are looking for when your Kids’s are super excited. The place was not busy at all and my young kids were so excited she really could have made it a little more fun. Also at 12:30 Joe are you out of every topping. No marshmallows, whip cream or hot fudge? Does anyone do inventory and it seemed her being out of items was a usual thing. I will be driving further north to see if we have a more positive experience.

LOVE having this place minutes from my apartment. They really make their ice cream something else. It’s the perfect consistency to eat right then and there (might get melty on the way home though!). Prices are a little steep but it’s so worth it!

Just brought my two kids to get a small ice cream cup. Young guy w dreads behind the counter. Must have not taught him but there was barely any ice cream in the cup. Maybe just to the top of the cup. Dixie cup at best. $7.49 each. Cost $15.97 for about a half a cup of ice cream. I’ve been there before and the ice cream was always mounded a little on top. Never again. Store smelled like mold.

Absolutely terrible. I was in there for 40+ minutes and there were 4 workers. Gave me the wrong size for one of my items and the other was made wrong. Also got a smoothie and it was warm.. disgusting. The girl was sweet but man she did not know what she was going. Over charged me too. Will not be back.
