Growing up in Detroit my dad and I went to Olga’s kitchen all the time. I haven’t been back there in decades and after going I don’t know what held me back so long. Food was excellent just as I remembered, you cannot beat an Olga’s original. The salad was fresh and tasty and the service was top notch. My wife and I will definitely be going back soon and make it a habit. Truly a Detroit classic restaurant, love it.

This is a great spot for some substantial eats without the regretfully full and a little bit gross feeling afterward. The atmosphere is intimate for the open concept setting. Unpretentious and super warm staff made for a great Friday early evening meal. I had the Beef and Lamb Bolga and my girl had a small variety of app samplings including the zucchini from fries with garlic aoli. My personal favorite was the flavors of the Mediterranean rice and feta together. Also the side of Olga’s bread was a perfect compliment for the entree. Really liked the vibe and the food. Will visit again.

It was great! Our server, Andrea, was amazing! The food was great. The portions were generous. The whole experience was just what we needed after a long day at work.

Olga’s usually never disappoints, but this time it was super mediocre! The food was off, my partner got the scoots even! The staff was bickering with each other about who was going to work in the back the entire time we were there and our waitress definitely had other things on her mind. Idk if we will come back to this Olga’s at all.

Took a while to be seated. Then, it took a while to have our order taken. The food was ok. Sterile kinda atmosphere..unlike Olga’s of old charm. They are testing new fries…bring back the old fries, please. My wife’s order was wrong..server didn’t notice..then it took a few more minutes to wave our server down. They got it right the second time. Had to wave our server down again for refills. Not impressed.

Service so great. Waitress attentive all the way to end. Food fantastic it’s a true Greek experience from broccolis soup, gyros and of course those snacker with special butter. Been a fan Olga’s for years. My oldest daughter came to visit from Chicago and said we’re going to Olga’s!

Brussel sprouts were some of the best Brussels I’ve ever had tasted like buttered popcorn. I also got the angus steak burger pita and it was also very good. Server was friendly. I didn’t really want to go here at first bec I’m sick and have low appetite but I’m glad I did come here.

Food was great but was told promo was over so I could not do the endless snackers. They still had signs all over tables advertising something they could not honor. Felt a bit disappointed. Been a month since post and no contact from anyone

My girlfriend and I came here to try out Olga’s famous bread. It was an interesting combination of mediterranean and eastern European food that has been sadly commercialized. We were excited to learn the history behind the restaurant, a michigan based brand. The food was disappointing because I was expecting a bit more of the famous Olga and her heritage. I am giving this restaurant a higher rating because the service was the highlight of our visit. Our hostess was so nice and attentive while also joking around.
