3/7/26 1pm. We had the $5 and $6 double cheeseburger meals with the drink and they came fairly quick and everything was warm and tasty. When we were leaving there was a person going around checking the trash to see if anything had to be dumped. 10/7/25 11am. Ordered the double cheeseburger to go and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Good and hot and I didn’t really have any interaction with anybody there so I can’t report on that. I could briefly hear the employees talking and they seem to be happy and satisfied. The place was clean and the parking lot was clean and in good condition.

The picture speaks volumes. This is the ‘meal’ I purchased tonight. And they had the balls to charge me for the 1/2 container of tartar sauce. I only stopped because I hadn’t eaten all day. I could’ve eaten the crumbs out of the crevices of my vehicle & felt better about my decision.

Lobbies all over are closed. So you’d think food quality would go up… nope everything cold. Fries were room temp. Sorry not acceptable. And since it’s drive thru not pulling back in and starting that process over… if lobby stays closed I’m done with them and the mediocre food quality that’s super difficult to return….. staff was friendly.

Used the Drive-Thru and while the service was excellent, fries again were cold. This is like the 3rd time in a row. While the Main Course was hot, my side ( ) wasn’t and that takes away from the experience for me. I’m seeing this at other similar competitive restaurants as well and perhaps I’ll just go back to Sandwich only from now on.

Was there around 3:15 pm yesterday. I asked for a large coke and a cheeseburger. I was handed a small coke so I questioned the drive through lady, no apologies, she looked at me with frustration saying, “well you paid for a small coke.” Her exact words asking me in an annoyed tone to pull ahead to wait for a large coke? Not acceptable. My cheeseburger was slopped together too. Not acceptable. It wasn’t even busy during that time. Please retrain for quality and friendliness. I understand we all have bad days, but don’t take it out on the customer please. I’ll give it another try another day as I believe in an opportunity to make it right,

No ketchup anyplace. No ketchup packets for guests to grab. I placed a mobile order in store based on my location and it went to another store. The cashier said this is a common problem. Our 2 happy meals didn’t have the fries that come with the meal.

Wow McDonald’s your reply to my complaint made all difference. Fyi Arby’s roast beef 4 for 10. Quarter pounder w/ cheese deluxe (lettuce tomato pickles) meal (cold fries at noon) 4 chicken strips 19.95.

Absolute worst McDonald’s ever! I hated the service ever since day one but just terrible establishment. Never again. Quarter pounder with cheese you say? How about a quarter pounder with no cheese and mayo and tomatoes. Is that a quarter pounder with cheese? Not even close. Grilled chicken sandwich? Horrible sight to see. Need another fast-food restaurant to put this one out of business. Not to mention the person giving my food can’t even understand what drink I’m missing. Always check your food in drive thru as they always seem to forget some food item

I really hope this location closes and they put something better suited for this area. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The service from the staff is ridiculous. They get very upset about orders they messed up on and sound so annoyed when you have dietary restrictions. It’s unbelievable. The manager who is hiring the staff here needs to step up their game and hire better employees because you’re bringing the value of this place down with that kind of service.

What a disappointing place this McDonalds is becoming. They have so many staff but no one is ever at the front able to attend customers. They see you waiting but they ignore you. I am done bringing my business to this location. I recently went late one evening through the drive thru and there was a young woman who took our order, she was completely unpleasant and had a very aggressive and dismissive attitude toward customers. The food is also disappointing because their fries rarely are served warm it’s like they let it sit for a while. They also forget to put the correct number of nuggets every time. Service is a 0 and quality of food is a 2. The expectations of service across employees needs to be improved as well food quality/presentation.
